I didn't receive an email...

So after I talk with one of the employee about getting my laptop fix. he said he sent me a email. I can't remember exactly what the email is for but he also gave me codes for it. long story short, I didn't receive an email for a few days. should I get worried?

    You can send over WiFi, but it sounds as if you need to setup your Gmail account, or did you do this already?

  • Create ID - but didn't receive verification email

    Yesterday i created a new Adobe ID for a new folio and content viewer (in accordance with best practice guidelines). No problem but I didn't receive the verification email. I've waited 24 hours and it still hasn't turned up. So I tried to log in and hit the forgot my password button and asked for a password reset email, and it hasn't turned up.
    I've tested the email address from other services and it receives emails fine.
    I thought that perhaps I hadn't setup the Adobe ID so tried to set it up again and it says it already exists.
    Is there a way to get a new verification email?  (the FAQs and Help tell me to login and change it, but of course i don't have a password as it is not verified).
    Anyone help?

    It takes time to receive the confirmation email. Especially right now with the high volume of iPhones being ordered. Got my confirmation 1 hour after I ordered. You should get it no longer then 24 hours

    You've checked the spam folder on your email account as well as the inbox, and have you got a rescue email address on your account that it might be being sent to ?     If you have a rescue email address on your account then you've checked the inbox and spam folder on that account as well ?

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

  • My preorder was cancelled by in store rep, I didn't receive my preorder bonus

    I preordered MLB The Show Anniversary Edition, in store. When I arrived for pickup, the case was crushed. It was the only copy they had.
    The rep told me he'd have one sent to my home. All good.
    EXCEPT...what I didn't realize at the time was, he ended up cancelling my preorder when he did whatever he did to get my $5 deposit onto the new order he placed to ship to my home.
    The preorder bonus was for a MLB controller skin, $19.99 value.
    Last week I spent 20 mins on a call with a BB rep, who I explained everything to, and she said I would receive an email within 2 hours. Over a week later, I still haven't heard back from anyone.
