I didn't receive email to reset password Apple ID

Hi guys,
I live in Vietnam, now I'm having problem with my Apple ID. I hope you help me solve this problem.
I have an Apple ID but I forget password to sign in.
I used link: https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid?returnURL=https://appleid.appl e.com&app_id=93&language=US-EN to reset password. Due I didn't remember answer security question and have to choose authentication method is "Email authentication".
Have notification that "Email has been sent". Although I checked inbox, spam box but I can't see any mail for link to reset password.
I ensure that type correct Apple ID and email authentication.

If you had the option to receive an email to reset your password, then you had to have set up a Rescue email address. Here is a support article that explains the difference:

    My mom has forgot her Apple id password, and since yesterday she didn't receive an email from apple.
    She remembers only one of the two security questions, so I only left with the option of reset password.
    Do you have any idea why she can't receive an email from Apple to reset her password?
    We've checked in other email addresses but it's not getting anywhere.

    If you are reluctant to write your password down use one of those thumb drives for keeping track of you password.  It's probably less confusing than Keychain.

    for assistance it might be worth the few bucks if you are beyond the 90 day complimentary support.  That's why I paid a few bucks more to get 3 years of support.  Compared with $2700.00 it's a small price to pay.  Especially when you consider that I paid $2000.00 for a TRS 80 Mod 3 with 2, count them 2 floppy drives and the almost infinity, 48 k, of memory way back when.

    Did you have a rescue email address set up? If you did, make sure to check out the first article to help search for it. If you did not have a rescue email set up, then you will need to Contact Apple Support

    It's not supposed to; an alternate email isn't the same as a rescue email. Click here, phone Apple, and ask for the Account Security team.

    Thanks for the help Niel.  I couldn't change the rescue email address (an address that no longer exists and is therefore useless) until I could correctly answer the security questions.  After numerous guesses, finally got them right.  Was then presented with the option to change the rescue email address. Guess the only other option was to have Apple Support make the change or reset my account info.  Have made note of the correct answers so this won't happen again.   Thanks for the fast response!!

    If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
    You will need to show patience with the procedure and be prepared to demonstrate without question that the account belongs to you. Don’t expect access to be restored immediately and if you aren’t the owner of the Apple ID registered to the device the account won’t be reset.

    Has anyone else been getting emails about reseting password when they have not requested it? I have been getting several emails for the past couple of days where it says how to reset when I never asked to do so. Is there anything that should be done about it? Or anything apple can do about it for my email is very different and not easy to guess or duplicate.

    If you aren't receiving the reset email to your rescue email account (and you've checked the spam folder on that account as well as the inbox, and tried clicking the reset link again) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

    UPDATE. Just spoke with an AppleCare representative, Apple has been inundated with requests for these iPod Nano replacements.  They have fallen behind with sending out the return boxes in the 2 days they promised.  I was told to wait an additional 2 days.  She also said they were very surprised so many people still have their 1st generation nanos...
    We have been an Apple family for years and trust they will do the right thing, they have always surprised us with their professional customer service and expect this situation to be the same.

    I am not sure if you have setup the security questions for your Apple Id, but if you did, you can answer those questions to reset your password right at the Forgot your Apple ID site. If you did not have that setup and are still not getting the verification email, refer to the second article to help you get it to get that password reset.

         2. Fill out and submit this form. Select the topic, Account Security. You must
             have a Rescue Email to use this option.
         3. This is the only option if you do not already have a valid Rescue Email.

    I'd try out the following troubleshooting steps and see if that resolves the issue and lets you receive mail again:
    Restart the iOS device.
    Log in to your email provider's website to ensure that the account is active and the password is correct.
    Delete the account from Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and then add the email account again on the iOS device.
