    Yesterday, i bought the "Developer Program" for iOS, because i wanna get the Betas of the iOS 7, and i already payed for that, and they said that within 24 hours i would receiva an e-mail of the confirmation of my order to activate the "Developer Program". Today, i received an e-mail with my Apple invoice but i still didn't receive the confirmation of my order, and i'm waiting for that more than 30 hours. Why? And what can i do with my Apple invoice?

    If you purchased a subscription, there is no serial number. Sign in with your Adobe ID to license the software.

    If you have a rescue email address on that account then you've checked the inbox and spam folder on that email account as well (and you can't get the password reset by answering your security questions on http://iforgot.apple.com) ? If you still can't find then try contacting Support in your country, they should be able to reset the password for you.

After I preordered the album I didn't receive "Dark Horse", the iTunes Store says that I purchased the single. In my purchases on my account the preordered album and the single "Dark Horse" is not on my list of purchases. How can I fix this?

    I had this problem too, so I just went into my account and cancelled the pre-order.  It took an hour or so to update but I was then just able to go in and buy the track normally.

    Thanks for your information.  Actually i did want to try your suggested method to report my issue.  But I can't go to that report page.  I don't know why, i tried in differnt pc and reopen and clsoed the account for serveral time.  Anyways, I found another method to report my issue.
