I paid for Photoshop, and i receive confirmation email.
But my orders list is empty, my product list is empty and couldn't find my serial. What should i do?

I am trying to install Lightroom 5 with a software download card. I get as far as entering the redemption code, receiving the serial number, then when I click download, nothing happens... Now what?

Just downloaded the Photoshop Lightromm and didn't get the serial number....how do I retrieve it to register?
Please notice that the "Thank you for your order." page that appears after you complete the online purchase contains the necessary key. If you printed the page or still can view it (perhaps by tracking your order), look in the "Order Summary" table near the bottom where it says "iWork '08 Trial - Serial Number" there is a "Key" below the "Part Number". This key is of the form (at least for mine):
xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxx
This is what can be entered into Numbers to unlock the trial. You do not need to wait for the email. -

you don't get or use a serial number with cc. you sign in to your cc desktop app with your adobe id.

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download install activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

there is no serial number used with a cc subscription. you use your adobe id.

sign in with the same adobe id used to subscribe. start the download of one of your programs.
that will install the cc desktop app which is used to manage your cc apps, -

I got an email asking me to join LWS, but no serial number - and the product was not listed under my name. Thye Adobe sites keep giving me a runaroud - I didn't now that registering a product has to become such a big project, and I don't have the time for this nonsense. Thank you.I bought it from an official overseas dealer. Afterwards I got an email from Adobe to join the licensing site (so the order went through to them), but no serial number. Thank you for the reply, but I guess I should have filed the issue under another heading, having to do with "Licensing" rather than "Lightroom" (although this is the program that I have purchased).

I purchased CS6 on Amazon and didn't receive a serial number?
So as the title states, I purchased my version of CS6 on Amazon (I realize now I should have gone directly to Adobe) and I could not find a serial number anywhere. It wasn't on the envelope that the cd came in, it wasn't on the back of the box. I emailed Amazon with my concern and they told me to contact the manufacturer, which is Adobe, and I'm not really sure what my best option is. Should I call the number and speak to someone? Or is it still something I need to be resolving with Amazon?
I don't know if it makes a difference, but the edition I purchased was Creative Suite 6 Design Standard. I know some people were having trouble with getting serial numbers for their student editions but I don't think I should be having this same issue, right?I can tell you thisnot all CS6 applications are Retina optimized. includes InDesign. To get get a retina version of InDesign you'll have to
move to Creative Cloud.
Creative Cloud includes all CS6 versions as well as the new CC versions of
all applications and will continue to receive upgrades, updates and new
features. CS6 as you have purchased it is pretty much a dead end. -

Your serial number can also be found in iTunes/Edit/Preferences/Devices. Move the mouse pointer over the listed backup and the info will show up. -
HI Guys I have recently asked to transfer my Windows creative suite to a Mac computer. I received the serial number but unlike my lightroom install disc, which is win and mac, my Creative Suite disc is windows only, how do I go about installing a Mac version of my creative suite onto the Mac computer?
I am talking about the Ver 3 download link that came with the purchase email.
That link is no longer available. Use "Migration Assistant" to copy your Applications from your old mac to the new Mac, then immediately run software update. Aperture Version 3.2 will not run on your new mac with Mavericks, you will have to Upgrade to version 3.4.5 at least - you can download this update from the Support page: Aperture 3.4.5
Then launch Aperture and enter your registration key and try now too update from version 3.4.5 to 3.5 from the AppStore. The AppStore will change your Aperture registration to an AppStore version, so you will able to reinstall by downloading from the AppSTore in future.
If you want transfer only Aperture and no other applications, do it manually: You will have to copy not only the application but folders from the libraries as well:
/Applications/Aperture.app
/Library/Application Support/Aperture/
~/Library/Application Support/Aperture/
