I do not have a mac but my phone is constantly saying it needs to be backed up, not enough memory? What do I do?

deleted apps and pictures still no difference. The person at the Genius Bar couldn't quite tell me what to do.

Go to Settings then iCloud and check to see if Backup is On. If so, you will need to purchase more storage to backup to iCloud. I know you have stated that you don't have a Mac but if you have a PC you can install iTunes and back up that way and stop backing up to iCloud.
