I Do Not Know How To Answer A Phone Message I Have Missed

Question

The other day, I was out and the phone rang. I was someplace where I could not turn on a cellphone so, I just left it at home. When I came back, I had missed TWO messages and NOW I cannot get them off my phone. How do I do this? Please help me. Thank you!!!!!!

OK, thanks. Let me see if I can simplify it a little bit as the items you have intertwined are actually quite separate...
Voice Mail
This is Carrier (e.g., Cricket) Controlled; other than automating some of the dialing strings, it has nothing whatsoever to do with the BB-specific services. Whatever you did when you put the password in and recorded a greeting, you did by dialing up Cricket's voice mail system and doing whatever it requires (and I've no idea what that is...each carrier has their own system). BTW...SMS (e.g., text messages) are also part of your Voice-level services, controlled by Cricket...they are not a BB-specific service.
From your post, I think that, for other than SMS, your voice-level services (calling, receiving calls, retrieving voice messages, etc.) are functioning fine. Why SMS is failing, I can't tell...you didn't say anything about what happens when you attempt to send an SMS...
WiFi
WiFi is not actually a service per se; rather, it is a path over which your services can transit. Your BB can use either your carrier data network or WiFi. But, to use the BB-specific services, you still require an adequate data plan from your carrier regardless of pathway (carrier data network or WiFi). Plus, some carriers don't allow the BB-specific services (as a group, they are called BIS - BlackBerry Internet Service) to use WiFi as a transit pathway...I've no idea if Cricket does or not. But, from what you posted, it sounds like they do, but it's stopped working.
BB-Specific Services
This includes email, internet access, apps, etc. You say that these used to work, but they have stopped working. To attempt to remedy these, I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless network
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
KB05000Delete the service book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account from the BlackBerry smartphone
KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness creeps in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
With any luck, the above three steps will cure all of your BB-specific service issues. It also may cure the WiFi issue as there are indeed Service Books that the BB requires in order to provide BIS over WiFi. If the above three steps do not work, then you will need to ring up Cricket for formal support as something is not quite right in their system for your BB.
