I do not know much about iPhone, however I am using Nokiafrom last 4 years (N72, E71).
My plan was to purchase a new phone.
Now, if I see Nokia, it is provide me free mail facility(pushup mails using Nokia Emailing) !!FREE, it provides me exchange mail services(Nokia Messaging and Emoze) !!FREE. And most interesting thing OVI MAPS. FreeNavigation online and offline (with Network and without Network it works).
Facility to save 3D maps inside mobile (Many countries) and navigation in different language. It really helps me till 95% when I used to go other unknown cities.
Please confirm if iPhone have these types of facilities. BecauseI am much interested to purchase this phone (16/32 GB)

I am getting this exact same message on my phone! That it is linked to apple ID 1****@qq.com - this has got to be a bug right? The "not optimised" message is often caused by dirt or debris in the sync port at the bottom of the phone. Have a close look in there and clean out (very carefully) if necessary.

okay i already had bought a WRT54G a while back and decided now to get a wireless connection. With the router, can I use an ethernet wire to connect router to internet and then use a network adapter for a second computer? In other words, I want to know if I HAVE to get a network adapter for my main computer. I know I'll need one for the secondary computer but I want to know if I can just keep using wire for the primary one. ALSO, what kind of wireless adapter should I get? I'd rather stay with a USB one instead of having to use up a PCI slot. =P

yes u can , u can connected your main comp to the router and have hardwired connection for internet and also u can have a wireless comp to access the internet wirelessly

Ok, I just signed up with Izymail. I have a paid Hotmail Plus email account. So far, I have been able to get one new, unread email to come up on my iPhone that I sent to myself; however, it was after a long delay (like 10-15 minutes after I sent it.) Plus, I'm noticing that every time I hit the 'Mail' button on my iPhone, and it's trying to check the mail from my account, it either says it's "Connecting" or "Checking For Mail" and it just sits there forever! BTW, I'm using POP with Izymail. I'm not sure if this is just a huge delay on Izymail's part, due to all the iPhone customers signing up all at once, but, from the posts I've been reading, a lot of people have got it to work just fine. I'm wondering if there's anything extra I should be doing, such as a setting on my iPhone that would speed up the process? It's really frustrating because it's now taking up to an hour to receive a regular email I sent to myself. I just don't want my $18 fee I had to pay for Izymail to be waisted. Any help would be greatly appreciated! THANKS!

If the person is trying to send you DRM video, that won't open on the Mac unless you have a virtualization solution. Also chances are it won't be legal for you to open it on another computer than their own, unless they are willing to transfer the license to you for that video.
If they are sending you a newer type of video than WMP can handle, try Flip4Mac. And if Flip4Mac doesn't work you'll probably need to install Windows on your Mac to play it. Ask them the source they are sending you.

I have a Motorola Bluetooth headset with microphone that I got from Amazon - here. Nothing fancy - definitely not audiophile quality - but small and portable and they hold a charge really well.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

it could be a 4th gen or lower, if the camera dosent stick out, then its a 4g,
however, it could be a 5g (the only model to have siri) it might of been disabled, to enable siri, you have to reset your ipod touch, then when it a says, use siri? tap use siri.
also if you mesure the screen and it is 3.5 inches then it is a 4g or lower and does not have siri. but the 4g has voice control and its offline, and siri cant be used offline.

When I right click on this and select "Get more info" it displays nothing, just the spinning wheel. When I select "Connect As" it asked for my password to connect to "Server b67446000000". This may have been on my computer since I got it, I never paid much attention. Is this part of the operating system or has someone hijacked my computer? Why would I need a server...it's just me and my one computer? Maybe someone has hacked in through Airport? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is your airport a Time Capsule.. if so it is able to serve files on the network.
The number is the MAC address of the network in the router.
Please reset the apple router whatever is and redo the setup.. this time give it a simple name.. eg TCgenX where X is the actual gen of the unit and give it a simple wireless name.. TCwifi and a simple password with 8-20 characters mix of upper and lower case and numbers.
Perhaps even better give me a screenshot from the computer of the airport utility showing me the Airport with its MAC address.

You cannot reactivate the device without knowing the previous owner's information. This is the new antitheft measure built into the iPhone.
There's nothing you can do. You'll need to purchase a new phone.
