I do not know the password to the account iCloud

I bought an iPhone 5 from the store in my country (Romania). phone was used by my son who remembers iCloud account password and can not reset your password. I specify the phone bill and all documents in my name. What can I do? thanks

    You will not be able to access the device without the account activate lock password. IF you have the receipt and other proof of purchase you may have sucess with contacting apple and asking them for assistance. Depending gretaly on how much proof of purchase you have.

  • I have attempted to upgrade os4 to os7. icloud has taken an old expiered email address for which i do not know the password. It will not recognise my current email and password with itunes.  Any help appreciated

    I have attempted to upgrade os4 to os7. At the end, it threw an error that i had to turn off "Find my iphone" on my phone, which seems to be impossible at that stage as i could not access beyond the upgrade screen.
    I thin chose to set up as new iphone, but icloud has taken an old expired email address for which i do not know the password. icloud will not recognise my current itunes email and password, so i now have os7 but am unable to restore from my itunes back up. 
    Desperately need help please... Any help appreciated

    If you don't know your password, don't know your security questions and don't have a rescue address or don't receive a reset email, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
    If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support.

    - If the router is broadcasting its SSID (can see in available networks) then you just enter the password.  I know the type of encryption.
    - If the router is not broadcasting then you need to select the type of encryption used on the router and then enter the password.
    - Usually a router only has one password and one encryption.
    - You have to use the correct password and we can't help you determine it.  You can reset the router.  Just download/look at the manual for your router by going to your router manufacturers support site.
    - Are you sure you are trying to log into the right network/router.  When I look at my available networks I have five available.
    If you need further help give us more details or your network/router configuration.

    I have an ipod touch that i would like to restore to factory settings. Having said that the ipod is locked for over 1,000 minutes and i do not know the password. I know the trick of holding down the lock button and home button at the same time until the "Connect to iTunes" message pops up, but the lock button on my ipod does not work. Is there anything i could do? I really could use some help im very stuck!

    Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

    It wasn't clear from your post which step you were having a problem with. If you just do not know the passcode lock on the phone you can remove it as described here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212. If you use the last computer the phone was synced to you can restore the data that was on the phone; if you don't have access to that computer or it was never synced all of the data will be erased.
    If Find my iPhone was enabled on the phone then the phone is tied to a specific Apple ID and password. You will need to know those to restore the phone.
