I do not recieve Apple ID security configuration mail!

I recently changed computer, then I was about to buy something in iTunes Store, but it requieres authentication to buy something. I don't remember the answers of my security questions,so I choosed to send me an e-mail to reset them. But I have not recieved any mail, I've already tried it dozens of times! What can I do?

Call AppleCare for your country and ask for help resetting the questions.

It can co-exist
2. Can the transportServlet point to more than one OHS?
not sure about question. OHS is for reverse proxy configuration and DMZ setup.
3. What protocols, if any (UDP/ TCP) need to be permitted through the firewall to facilitate communication between OHS and Oracle AS Integration server?

But i did not recieve it. I checked the spam and trash but did not see anything regarding the security questions. What do i do ?

How to reset your Apple ID security questions.
Go to appleid.apple.com, click on the blue button that says 'Manage Your Apple ID'.
Log in with your Apple ID and password. (If you have forgotten your Apple ID password, go to iforgot.apple.com first to reset your password with a password recovery email)
Go to the Password & Security section on the left side, and click on the link underneath the security questions that says 'Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to [email]'. This will generate an automated e-mail that will allow you to reset your security questions.
If that doesn't work, or if there is no rescue email link available, then click on 'Temporary Support PIN' that is in the bottom left side, and generate a 4-digit PIN for the Apple Account Security Advisor you will be contacting later.
Next, go to https://getsupport.apple.com
(If you see a message that says 'There are no products registered to this Apple ID, simply click on 'See all products and services')
Choose 'More Products & Services', then 'Apple ID'.
A new page will open.
Choose 'Other Apple ID Topics', then 'Forgotten Apple ID Security Questions'.

If you aren't receiving the email to your rescue email account (and you've checked the spam folder on it as well as the inbox) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

Hi,
Go to the iPhone
GO to Settings > Messages
Is the iPhone Number ticked to be enabled (It will be greyed out and not editable but should be On)
If it is Off (Unticked remove the Apple ID)
Place the iPhone in Airplane mode for a few minutes.
Go back to Settings Messages and make sure the Message app Is Enabled overall.
Check the iPhone Number is verifying.
When Completed test by sending an iMessage to your Apple ID (Mac)
If that works add back the Apple ID to the iPhone's Settings.
Restart the Mac App and Accept the op ups that appear as to what the iPhone is using.

It won't matter. You are not allowed to use the Indian iTunes Store from the UAE or anywhere else outside of India.
The Service is available to you only in India. You agree not to use or attempt to use the Service from outside this location. iTunes may use technologies to verify your compliance.
Since you are in the UAE, you can only use the UAE iTunes Store. You will need either to open up a new account in the UAE iTunes Store, or change the country of your existing account to the UAE.

You won't be able to add a rescue email address until you can answer 2 of your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.
