I do not want all login ids to show up when i try to log into my hotmail or yahoo or gmail accounts using firefox browser. Is there anyway to prevent any login IDs (not passwords) from showing in sign up page of firefox. I don't want login IDs to show up.

Hi,
Troubleshooting a start up script can be difficult. There are some third party programs that also keep logs of start up programs, however for Firefox this may be different.
Is Firefox a startup program? [http://www.winxptutor.com/msinfo32.htm]
Its also possible to check the Web developer tools for any scripts in a page: [https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Debugger]
In the control panel there is also Administrative tools to view event logs, but this may be something a local technician can walk you through.

When I go to the e-bay web site I can view everything I wish to BUT when I try to log into my account entering my username and password in the boxes nothing happens and if I try to do anything else Firefox Hangs up and nothing I do will clear it. When I try to log into the app store to update apps or buy apps the user name that appears is an old one and it will not bring up the current user name/ email how do I stop that so that my current email show up ??
Settings>Store: Tap the AppleID and choose "Sign Out", it will then prompt you to sign in and you can use the new AppleID.
NOTE: Apps must be updated with the AppleID they were purchased under.

My guess is it's either a corrupt cookie or you have some add-on blocking cookies.

In case you use the Firefox Password Manager then try to disable saving passwords and also saved form data in case that is interfering.

So my iPod touch 4th generation 16 gigs. has about 5 long cracks along the screen and I guess whenever I try to log into it, I cant.. I cant slide the "slide to unlock" thing. It will just there. Then when I finally got it to open up and I had to type my password in, it wouldnt let me. It would just type the wrong numbers in. I have 5 or 6 Gmail account IDs. Several have been deleted via Gmail so no longer exist. However, every time I want to log into one of my remaining Gmail IDs, Firefox shows a list of every Gmail ID I've had in the past. How do I delete the ones I no longer use??

Earlier, I changed my Apple account details to reflect my new email address. I also changed the password. iCloud seems not to 'know' this. It's service is disabled until I login in. But the default email address shown on the login page is the old email address. I can find no way of telling I cloud that I have new account details.
To change the account, go to System Preferences>iCloud, sign out, then sign back in with your revised credentials. If they aren't accepted, recreate the old ID at https://appleid.apple.com/ and changing the primary email address back to the old one (no need to verify the email account). Then sign out of the old ID on your Mac, providing your current password if prompted. Once you have signed out, change your ID back again, then go to System Preferences>iCloud and sign back in with your updated credentials.

My Apple ID and password work with everything else. I have a good Internet connection. No Firewall active from my IMac.
LIke I said, I haven't installed anything recently and FaceTime ver. 1.0.5 on OS X 10.6.8 was working fine prior to yesterday.
I restarted my IMac to run Mavericks and FaceTime 3.0 under OS X 10.9.4 is working and I was able to login and use FaceTime on Mavericks with no problem.
For some unknown reason FaceTime on IOS and on my Mac were asking me to login into FaceTime when I haven't had to do this for quite sometime.
Older FaceTime 1.0.5 all of a sudden has decided to be a problem with login on my IMac under Snow Leopard.
The only thing left I am going to try is the two-step Apple ID verification process where I can use a app specific password, but Apple makes you wait three days before completing the two-step verification.
If this doesn't work, then I do not know what will solve this issue and now I made my Apple ID login process more complicated than I really wanted it to be.
I purposely stayed away from using the two-step ID verification login.
