If you want to downgrade your storage to the free 5GB at the end of the current plan year, tap Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Change Storage Plan, tap Downgrade options then choose the plan you want at the end of the current year.
If you want a refund for a recent storage upgrade purchase, try calling 1-800-MYAPPLE (in the U.S.).

    This is presumably the complimentary storage increase given to ex-MobileMe members. This should automatically downgrade to the free 5GB next September. You won't need to do anything unless you decide to continue with the extended storage, in which case you would need to cancel the downgrade.

    I have rented movies from iTunes before and not had a problem. Today I tried to rent a movie and while watching it freezes many times and then stops downloading. I have tried many different things to resume the download and the movie but this has been going on for over three hours now.     I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store. 
    Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
    Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.

  • HT1535 I Do NOT want to download items from my library. HOW do i STOP them from downloading, and NEVER downloading again?

    I have gone in and "hidden" the items. But I have a very large movie, and a large translation program, that I Do NOT want on my phone (OR on my computer), but every time I open iTunes, it automatically starts downloading both these items. (plus all the apps, that I NO Longer want on my phone).
    I don't care if the items are hidden. as long as they STOP downloading, every time i turn iTunes on.

    When you connect your phones to iTunes, select your iPhones and then click on the app button and simply select the apps you want to have on your phone.
    You can also delet the applications you dont want by simply opening applcation in iTunes and then deleting them and moving them to trash.

    Keeping current plan, but downgrading when it ends:
    Settings>icloud>Storage & Backup>Change Storage Plan.  Look at downgrade options.  There you can choose the plan you want when the current one ends.

    *Sign in the top right corner using your Adobe.com credentials
    *Click on your name (same location) and select ‘My products and services’

    There used to be an option to disable OCR via the web interface, but there is no longer. You can, however, disable it from within Adobe Reader, by following the instructions here: How to disable Optical Character Recognition (OCR) when converting PDF to Word or Excel.

    I preordered a new release by Muse and when I went to download it, i-Tunes prompted me to click on the selection. My computer then began the download of TWO albums. I do not want to be charged for two downloads of the SAME selection.
