I don't have a credit card what do i do so my account can work

I Have recently made an apple account but it dosent let me use the App Store without a credit card

You have two options at this point:
1.     Put a Credit Card temporarily on your Apple ID and save it. Once you have it on there, you should be able to change the Payment Option to = NONE
2.     Go to the App Store and download a Free App without signing into the store. When you download the app, it will ask you to set up a new Apple ID. You can then set up a brand new Apple ID, and that will then allow you to continue download fee apps as needed
Cheers,
