But I am seriously considering buying one to go with my 4gen iPod. Inside iTunes there is a right click context menu that is supposed to transform .mov into iPod compatible & it always seem to do just that...but is it really compatible with an iPod or is it just playing in iTunes? Let's say, for example, I have a 640x480 15fps .mov file...I use the iTunes converter... will this file play on the iPod, even though when after converted it is turned into a 320 x 240 still running at 15 fps? I guess what I am asking is, must the original file be in 29.97 fps to work on the iPod, itself? Thank you in advance for your time and advice.
That's the thing. What will iTunes accept? I'm pretty sure it doesn't accept .avi files, and I know it doesn't accept .wmv files (kind of a bummer). Does anyone know exactly what it does accept?

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

You are allowed to have two machines with activated installations, so if you only had one installation, you still have the option to install on a second without doing anything further than that. If you originally downloaded the purchase thru Adobe then you might find a download link available in your Adobe account online. If the old ID is yours, and if your current ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

I have just upgraded the server and os to mavericks and now users that used to be able to open and save or even log in are now locked out with the server saying wrong password. I reset their password and still nothing. I created a new user and they can't even log in? Why now? And how do I fix this. It seems that some users and groups now don't have access and all that was done was to let the group open a shared folder that they have access before. I reset everything and am now very frustrated!!!

A family member recently downloaded an iBook on my device using their apple I'd. Now I don't have access to the material I've purchased using my apple I'd for 90 days! So frustrated! Any tips? ITunes won't allow me to download the books I've paid for!!
That wasn't something that I was aware of, but looking at this http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627 I'm not sure that there is much you can do about the device itself. I'm also not sure whether it only affects downloading directly on the device itself or whether you can connect the iPad to your computer and sync content across to it from your account that way - or even whether restoring back to factory defaults on the iPad will bypass the 90 days

Syncing to a new iTunes library or computer will erase your phone. Only if you back up your phone manually before syncing, you can restore your device from that backup again. A manual backup does not include the sync process.
Do this:
Disable autosync in iTunes, connect your phone to your new computer and right click on it in the device list and choose backup. iTunes will backup your device without syncing.
Transfer your purchases the same way, choosing "transfer purchases" this time.
When you connect your phone for the first time, all media content will be erased. But you can restore your settings and app data from your manual backup afterwards.
Don't forget to set up at least one contact and event on your new computer to be able to merge calendars and contacts when you sync the iPhone for the first time.
Music is one way only, from the computer to your device, unless you bought the songs in iTunes and transferred your purchases.

All I needed to do was add my old e-mail address - not as the primary but as an alias. This allowed me to delete the account on my iPhone 4S and re-sign in with the correct e-mail address.

Error while installing - don't have access to directory?
Ok my problems started about a week ago when I tried to start iTunes up, and about 20 or so messages popped up about Mobile Device not working... I honestly don't remember the exact message because I thought I fixed that problem by uninstalling that program. I don't have an iPhone or iTouch, I have a 3rd generation iPod Nano 8gb. So then my iTunes seemed to be working until this afternoon when I plugged in my iPod to charge and add music. It was like iTunes didn't recognize that I had plugged it in. So I'm thinking, this must be happening because I uninstalled that one program, now seems like a good time to upgrade to 8.0! So the install starts off normally and goes for a while, then I get an error message that says I don't have access to a directory called C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\SyncServices\Clients\com.google.ContactSync\Contents\Resources\com.goog le.ContactSync.plist and I just don't have any idea what this is. I went ahead and completely uninstalled the older version of iTunes, restarted my computer, and tried again. Same problem. I've been google searching and finding other people are having similar problems, but people keep saying you have to be the administrator. I am the administrator of this computer, and I'm the only one who uses it. I also tried running the install as the administrator because I saw that suggestion on another forum. I'm at a loss here... I'm running my virus scan, and so far nothing has come up. Any suggestions besides I'm not the administrator...?
I still had the iTunes setup from the previous version I guess, so I was able to install whatever version that was. But eventually I am going to need to upgrade to 8.0!Even being the computer administrator, you may not have FULL access to all directories. Vista may still only provide Read/Write access, which, sometimes, is not enough. So, try giving yourself FULL access to that directory, according to these steps:

If that doesn't solve it for you, you might want to try creating a new user account on your computer, and then seeing if you can download/install iTunes on that other user account. If successful, you can go back and delete that account, as installation on one account results in installation on all accounts.

3. Click on "Create new user"
4. Follow the prompts to create a new computer administrator

According to your description, my understanding is that users cannot access the SharePoint site if SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure is enabled.
If I misunderstood please feel free to correct me.
I recommend use PowerShell to activate the feature in SharePoint 2013 to see if the issue still occurs.
