I do not any drop menus on my tools for photoshop cs6?

1)Hold down mouse button for 2 seconds
2)right click on icon
3)use shift+keyboard shortcut
Any of these three should get you the tool you need. If not try resetting your keyboard short cuts.
If these don't help, then let us know and we can think of something else.
Edit: I am assuming you meant the toolbar tools.

I keep losing my history and tabs when I close. I don't have any boxes checked in the privacy section to do so. My tabs also don't show the icons.

I keep losing my tabs and history and I have it set in FF to save my history. It doesn't happen all the time just randomly but still annoying. I read all the help and everything that they said to check was fine. I also don't get the icons on every tab like I used to. some have it some don't. I have a tab up for Yahoo and it used to show the Y and now just an empty box. but Facebook shows the F.
I can live without the tab icons but it is really annoying when I lose all my history and tabs.

You will have to contact the previous owner, only he/she can remove the phone from their account. You don't have any contact details for the person that you bought the phone from, email address, phone number, postal address ? If you can't contact them then you won't be able to reactivate and use the phone.

I need to migrate CUCM 8.6.2 from 6.0.1 but don't have any DVD of old 6.0.1

I have new project which has been abandon for long and assigned to me recently.
I know what is the steps we need to work.
1. DRS from current CUCM version
2. Install same version of 6.0.1 to new Server
3. Backup from step1.
4. Upgrade to 8.6.2(it is not direct support, so I have to upgrade to middle version first)
But customer doesn't have current CUCM(6.0.1) version of DVD and I cannot find the version from Cisco site as well.
1. Can I export BAT from old version and import BAT to new version ? will it work ?
2. I don't have any bootable version either of old or new, so I need to make bootable after download from Cisco site.
I googled and some site said I can copy bootsector from bootable DVD and copy to new DVD, in this case even though it is not same version, for example, if I copy from 10.5 version and copy to 8.6.2, does it make bootable DVD ?
3. How can I remove all configuration on CUCM ? is it CLI command if I can ?

Try this method, and you should be able to create bootable DVDs from non-Bootable ones.
Secondly, you may raise a TAC SR and request them to release the Bootable media for 6.0.1

Working on that now. I'm just getting frustrated that everytime I run updates for the phone I end up with tech problems that I have to spend time solving as opposed to updates that actually improve my usage. I'm not running any weird background processes and in my energy saver settings I've tagged "put the hard disk to sleep when possible:, "allow power button to put computer to sleep" and "automatically reduce brigthness". All pretty standard.
Is there anyone who can give me some pointers ?

Today I solved the same problem for my iMac running Snow Leopard. See https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3008791#15947706. The method may help you, too.
For me it was the DynDNS Updater preventing my iMac from automatically entering sleep mode.
To my knowledge the cause of this sleep problem can only be a peripheral device or a process. So I suggest to first unplug all peripherals and test whether that's the cause. If not, I suggest to terminate one process after another and to test automatic entering of sleep mode after each. Start with user processes; continue with system process if necessary.
At least that's the way I found the offending process. Fortunately, I was able to change the configuration of that process to allow again automatic entering of sleep mode.
