I don't have the product box, thus I don't have the serial number. I cannot get hold of a warm body at Adobe or even an real onlline contact link. How am i supposed to find the correct serial number to install my original Photoshop Elements 12 product ?
HELP. where do I get a serial number if I no longer have the product box (oops) and I still need to install the software. Is a human even working at Adobe? Do they ever look at email? I can't be the only person with this problem.

the mute button is a switch you need to flip, not touch. if you look at it and see color, its on.

i have purchaced a iphone 4 and am uable to access it due to te previous owner having there account on it. i cannot get hold of the previous owner so am unable to restore factory settings due to the find my phone app being turned on.

Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone. -
I have a new iPod and cannot get my music loaded on to it. The computer says it's not connected, and then it says it is synced but there's still no mucis on it.
If that's not a real email, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

You can download the 7.1 DNG converter to make copies of your canon raw files in the adobe dng format, which can then be opened in pse 9.
As said above the the latest camera raw plugin 6.5 for pse 9 won't open those files directly, but will open the the converted dng files.

I'd try resetting the pse 11 preferences.
In the pse 11 editor Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor (Edit)>Preferences>General, click on Reset Preferences on Next launch
and then restart the pse 11 editor. -
HELP!! I am trying to record a presentation on Adobe Presenter 10, I have had no problems in the past, I added motion to some of the boxes in my presentation, now when I try to record I get this error message!!!

Look and see if you have a stalled download in iTunes - it could be a song or a podcast - if there is something that has not completed in there, your app updates will not download. Finish those downloads first, if you have any.

I have a new imac and cannot get the ical to show all of my calenders. I have gone to system prefrences and clicked the calendar setting and it freezes and i have to force quit. I have restarted the computer multiple times. Any suggestions?

I have a ipod that I cannot get find my iphone to recognize it? What am I doing wrong? I have it turned on in settings.
Make sure you are signed into the iCloud ID you are using on the iPod when you attempt to locate it, and that it has a good wifi connection. If these are correct and you are and it still says it's offline, turn Find My iPod off on it, then after a minute or so turn it back on. Then see if you can locate it.

I am using a numeric control and a button (with a case structure) to manually input numbers into a function. However, I also want to be able to, via a text file, enter numbers into that same numeric controller, so that I can again hit the button and
