I don't hear the music and video sound anymore! (only the voice over) Can someone help me?

I am making a video, and now I only hear the voice over, when I play the video in Premiere Elements 12..

What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 12 running on? Have you updated 12 to the 12.1 Update, using an opened project's Help Menu/Update?
To your immediate problem....there is a known issue with Premiere Elements wherein the sound is lost on numbered audio tracks and soundtrack when narration with the program's Narration Tool is added to the project. I suspect that you have fallen into this issue reported by several, but not all.
A remedy has been given by the ID Llamadude 99 and this remedy as well as some modifications of it have worked for most to overcome the problem.

If you post from a a question from the bottom of an article's page then you should get its reference, e.g. HT1535 in your case, on the post's title. The ability to edit you post only lasts for 15 minutes and allows you to correct/add extra info.
I get the 'manually manage music and videos' tockbox as described on that article. If you only 'videos' then are you using iTunes Match on your iPad ? I don't use it but I've seen posts that say having it enabled on a device can affect the syncing of music.

I have Mac itunes and a touch 2G. My wife has Win7 and touch 4G (both iOS 4.2.1). She got a new iphone, I now have her touch 4G, and am trying to sync it to my Mac itunes. The music and videos sync to the 4G, but apps & podcast will not. All are checked to sync. During sync, it gets to "determining apps to sync" then immediately goes to "finished syncing". No apps or podcasts from my Mac itunes are on the touch 4G.

You can only sync to one iTunes library but you can manage music and videos among different computer/libraries.
It appears that you are trying to sync with a different library.
- If you want to make the Mac you syncing computer:
--- Connect the iPod to the computer and make a backup by:
iOS: How to back up
--- Restore the iPod from that backup. Note that synced media like apps and music are not in included in the backup.

Not compatible.
All the iOS devices compatible (iPhone 4 and later, iPad 2 and later, and 5G iPod touch) with iOS 7 have at least 512 MB of memory. The 4G only has 256 MB

What is wrong with the music and videos?

All the music and every video on the music and video programs are not playing. The sound from every app, and the selection sounds are working but not anything from itunes. I t isn't only the volume or audio because when I press play the time does not start on the music, and the videos do not load. What would have caused this? Would this be something from the i tunes program, or a virus on my i pod?

The music and videos disappear to my iphone 3g and applications not start, this problem happens to me several times, after switching iphone.
How can we solve?

I had the same problem on my iPad v2 IOS 7. But it sorted itself after a hard reset (power and home button) followed by a soft rest ( just power) . I lost all sound at this point. Then restarted again with a hard reset.

Try putting it into "Disk Mode" http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93651
Then with it in this mode connect it to the PC and try to run the latest iPod updater to do a restore and update software if you have the option. the latest iPod updater is 2006-03-23 and can be downloaded here http://www.apple.com/ipod/download/

If not successful. let the battery fully drain and then charfe for an hour and try again.
Frequently a white scree nis due to a hardware problem.
