I don't know how to word this - "Progress bar" maybe???

Hi Everyone!
I've been a lurker here on occasion, but never posted. I'm sure this has been covered somewhere, but what I'm trying to do is place a "loading" page or progress bar that loads my pages before they're shown to the visitor...maybe an hourglass or a bar of some sort, y'know? I think it looks unprofessional to visit a site and watch each item as it loads. Know what I'm sayin'????

Hi -- Welcome to the discussions. They're called animated Flash "preloaders" which show a progress bar, e.g.

...but I'm not sure how practical it would be to use them for general web-page loading; perhaps another forum reader could chip in here.
If you decide to experiment, you could try integrating preloaders into your site via either of the following:

Try restarting your iPhone by holding down the on/off and the home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, double check the volume button just in case. If you still can't hear the tones go into your settings>sounds and make sure the options are on.

So, the article you have there, HT4895, is pretty good. Just look at the FAQ section of it.
But basically, you will want to create a backup on your computer through iTunes...Just plug your current iPad into it and make sure your iPad and iTunes are logged in with the same Apple ID. At that point, just create a backup.
When you get your new iPad, and before you plug it in or set it up, follow the directions in this link to change your Apple ID. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5621?viewlocale=en_US
Once you have that done, plug your new iPad into your computer to sync up with iTunes. Follow the directions for Restore from Backup and it should bring all that info back to your new iPad.
And changing your Apple ID email info will allow you to have your own!!! This should solve all your issues and GL!!!

You do realise that wiping the disk means that everything on the disk is erased. Everything. Photos, music, emails, ...
So the first piece of advice is to make sure you have a back up of everything.
You need the OS disk to reintsall the operating system. You will use that disk first to erase the drive, then to reinstall the OS.

As for MS Office, you will need the original disk that it came on to reinstall it.

I honestly don't know how to describe this.

You see, I am a youtube who specializes in a thing called youtube commentaries, where we show the viewer a bad video and interject why it is wrong with pictures, usually putting in effects and jokes to entertain. I bought a creative cloud subscription with premiere because I thought the price was good and needed a new editor. I put in my first video I was commentating on at the time and it turned out fine. then I put my picture or avatar in the timeline, and the picture ended up huge, so big that I was barely able to see the picture in the preview screen, so with that I scale down my picture so that I could see it in the preview screen, and it worked well from there. until I exported and posted it onto youtube, where the pictures were only half the screen instead of full screen like they should be. I wanna know what is going on, I think it involves sequences but I don't know how to fix this or why it is happening.

One thing that works for may people is to size their pictures to match their editing BEFORE importing into a timeline

Settings>Safari>Autofill>Clear all. You will have to start over again with all of your passwords.
