Forgotten RESTRICTIONS Passcode
- Restore from a backup that was make before you added the Restrictions passcode. If you restore from a backup made with the Restrictions passcode the Restrictions passcode is also restored. Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
- If you are up to file manipulation see the following but it may not work for iOS 6.1.3:

You would need to restore as new if you cannot remember the restrictions code you set.

I don't know my restrictions password

The only option is to wipe the device clean and restore it to factory settings.  Hope you have a backup.
Follow the instructions in  iOS: How to back up your data and set up your device as a new device http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4137 to restore the device to factory settings.
Once you have setup the device as a new one, you can then sync it back with your iTunes account and all your music, apps, contacts and any other content sync'ed with iTunes will be loaded on the device. Any content that is stored only on the device and not sync'ed with iTunes, like app logins or data, will be lost during this process. Be forewarned that this is a long process and can take a couple of hours or more to complete. This can be painful, but it is necessarily so to prevent users from working around the security settings. After the restore is complete, you can setup a new Restrictions passcode. Make a note of the passcode to avoid this situation in future.

If you lose or forget your Restrictions passcode, you will need to perform a factory restore to remove it.

I don't remember the restrictions passcode, what do I do?
    I don't even remember that I entered a passcode..

If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup).
If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present.
You may have to put your iPad in Recovery Mode

  • TA38641 how do i know the restriction passcode?

I want to enable restriciotn in settings, but it is asking for a passcode which i don't know

If the restrictions was off and you want to enable it. You can put any number you like. (Just don't forget the numbers you are using).
But you have restrictions on and you want to disable it and you forgot the passcode then you have to restore either from backup using iTunes or as new.

  • I don't know what the passcode for the "find my iphone" app is ...

My sister and i shared apple ID's and she recently got her phone stolen. Her friend got on her iphone and downloaded the app and tried to use to find her phone.
At that same moment MY phone got locked, as if it was the one which got stolen. Apple support told me i should create a new apple ID and i did. The problem is i can't get into my phone. Its asking me for a passcode and 1) i never had a passcode to begin with and 2) my sister and her friend say they never set up a passcode for the application. Anyone know what i should do?

I had this incident too but mine was just given from my step father. I have in unlocked since it's already out of contract with ATT.
Restore is the final step in unlocking the phone. This should work for you too.

  • How can i unlock my ipod touch without restoring when i don't know my word passcode?

Can I call Apple and prove that im the owner, then they unlock it for me? I dont want to restore it, because i have made many purchases since the last time a backed it up. I havent synced it to the cpu since November or December. Plzz help me.

Apple can do nothing at all.
    You must restore your ipod.
If you are unable then you will have to put it in recovery mode.
    You can redownload itunes purchaes
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
You should be syncing regularly as the ipod is designed.
