I don't know what program i am supposed to open the Firefox Sync add-on software with
I have been attemtping to download and run the Firefox Sync software for the Firefox mobile app to work with my iPhone4. After downloading the software I keep getting stuck because I don't know what software I'm supposed to use to open/run the download. Can you please advise me and let me know where to get it.

Since installing iCloud, my iPhone 3GS no longer syncs with my Outlook2010 Calendar and Outlook2010 Contacts. I don't know what else to try, short of resetting the iPhone and completely reloading as a new device. Any ideas, anyone?
It's good to know. The Apple instructions for loading iCloud on a PC just seem to have either overlooked or hidden this limit. The larger problem is that it partially works: partially and erratically. So clean-up is great fun.

I have a big problem, I don't know what I touched but when I open up my iTunes I can't see all the icons. The only icons showing are "podcast, iTunes U and Downloads" so in other words I can't find the movies, music etc. Which means I can't buy/rent!

am trying to restore my Ipod touch 5 generation but I am receiving an error message that says your Ipod can not be restored you need your password I don't know my password so I don't know what to do. I have started the procedures 3 times but no luck till now
If it is asking for the screen-lock passcode then:
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

To restore from backup see:

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.

I'm nearly out of storage and want to clean up my computer. I don't understand what "other" means. The bulk of my storage is taken up in that category. I want to be able to use an external drive back up but want to delete old and useless stuff first. Can you please explain what "Other" may mean? I've already purchased all the extra storage that this 2007 iMac can hold.

One of the biggest is trash make sure it is emptied, also iPhoto trash must be sent to the regular trash, in iPhoto open the trash click command a to select everything in there, press shift command delete to send it to the trash.
Then from finder shift command delete to dump the regular trash.
If you have alot it may take a while.

You can try using iTunes to reset your iPod to factory settings. If that does not work, then you just go busted for installing beta software.

My husband was setting up the iMac he got us for Christmas. I already have a MacBook Pro. I do not know the sequence of events but I do know he wanted to use my iTunes account on the iMac so I provided passwords. Now we cannot log onto the computer using any of my passwords. He must have mistyped something. How do we log onto the computer if we can't figure out what the password is?

I Have an I pad 2 it was really working so well until I update it to ISO 8 many facebook and Internet problems it's become really slow and annoying I hope Apple will resolve that problem soon

However, try to restart your iPad. This helps more than most people realize.

I have created a fillable form using Adobe Acrobat Pro that contains several data fields with some feeding data to a barcode in the document. I have a "button" set up to save and send the completed form one it is completed. Some of the user are having troubles filling out the form as they are using various programs to do such as iBook, Adobe Reader, etc.... Sometimes the information is not transferred to the barcode and sometimes the "submittal button" doesn't function properly.
Please provide a solution or give me a list of the programs that must be used to properly open and fill out the form.
Greatly appreciated.Best option is to use Adobe Reader (or Acrobat, of course) on a desktop computer (ie, not on a mobile device). Any other configuration is likely to be problematic.

Went to App store, & there are too many apps. Which one do I need? Can't install the photos into Iphoto. I'm still new at this.

I downloaded iOS 7, but I don't know whats going on.
So I just decided to update my Iphone 4s to get an iOS 7, and as it was downloading I was just texting people and stuff. And so, my phone turned off, but before it turned off it said "verifying update" or something like that. But now my phone is turned off and it is wanting me to plug it into iTunes, which I did. And whenever I plug it into iTunes, it tells me to restore my phone inorder for it to recover or something.
I need help, I don't know what to do.
Take note that the USB charger that I've used probably has short circuit, so I used a different one that worked, but it is also kind of broken as well. And yes, I've also restarted my phone several times
Oh and everytime I connected my phone to iTunes it will always turn off whenever its finish "restoring" my phone, so its basically not letting me restore the phone. HELPYou really shouldn't be using the phone during an update...my thought is that your cables are the root issue. It is possible that because it was in the middle of the imparts and something went wrong it has been "bricked". I'd search the threads for restoring from recovery mode and you might have some luck.

Powerbook Battery Issue - Don't know what to do...

This is my first post so please let me know if I'm not doing it correctly!!
I have an Aluminum 15" Powerbook G4. I have had this since 2001, when I bought it. I recently updated to OSX. I hadn't used the computer in months and when I went to try and take care of the computer and update to OS 10.4.5 I encountered a problem. When I turned it on nothing happened. I had to turn it off, hit the reset button and then plug in the computer. THe battery was dead so I expected that. But what happened next puzzled me and still does puzzle me.
I managed to get the computer on by holding in the power button. I heard the familiar start up sound(the sound splash if you will) and when that ended I heard this incredibly loud, white noise coming from my speaker. The noise occured about four times. I was in the room with my wife and mother and they both looked at me like 'what the heck was that?"
Now I thought maybe this was an issue with my one battery so I uncovered my second battery and the same thing happened. It won't start up with a battery in there. I took the battery out and found that when it seemed to turn on just fine, I managed to get online and run a complete update. When it came time for the software required restart the computer started up and didn't make any noise at all.
I guess I don't know what to do now. I ran the diagnostics on the computer, from the disk utility and it seemed to come up clean. I don't mind not having the battery in the computer but I don't always want to fix the date and time and the like.
THis is why I'm posting.
I also noticed tonight, when I was charging up the battery that I had to stop and take it with me someplace. When I went to turn it back on, with the battery in and it plugged in the noise came back on and I had to fix the date and time again.
Thanks to those who post, I really appreciate it.Well, as far as I know the firmware v 1.03.0 is not the correct firmware for this router..so try to flash the firmware to the one available on the website and see whether it makes any difference….
