I don't know what to do... Please Help?
I created an Adobe account. After the program installed, I then clicked on the desktop shortcut. Then, after I put in my serial number. Then, it asks me for my Adobe ID (email) and password. I put in the correct information and then it says, "We are unable to start your subscription for Adobe Photoshop CS5.1 Extended Subcription Edition... ... Please choose Close and then re-launch your product. You will be prompted to start your subscription once you launch the product". Everytime I click 'Close', I go back and click on the desktop shortcut and the same thing happens all over again. Can someone please help me.

Please the first thing you should do is to restart your device. Go the sleep wake button and hold down on it for 4-5 seconds waiting for the 'slide to shut off' message to appear. Once the device is turned off go ahead and restart the device. If this does not resolve the issue then go to the area on the front of your device to the app that reads 'settings' from settings>general>reset>reset network settings. Clicking on reset network settings will not erase any data only will reset the network settings apart of your iphone., Once the reset has completed you will then need to go back to settings to wi/fi and plug in the name and password of your wi/fi prior to using it.

I couldn't find the edit button on my original post so I am posting an update here.
I have gone through more apps and have had good luck on all but one more. And it's not that the app doesn't work, I am talking about the Yahoo Weather app, It works fine, but when you swipe between cities the screen lags a bit and it sometimes doesn't move between pages the way it should. On iOS 7.1.2 it was smooth as butter but on iOS 8.0, not so much. I will post a note in the app store to let them know. I really like the Yahoo app better than the new stock app.
I have been going through my games and they all work fine. Angry Birds (Original and Stella), Canabalt, Minecraft, Bejeweled 2, Silly Walks, PopWords, Doodle Jump, Deep Green all seem to work just fine.
Starbucks app works as it should.
I will stop back again next week after I have had the weekend to play with it in detail and post my thoughts again. -
I dropped my ipod 4th generation in water, and I turned it on without knowing that it might never turn on again. I don't know what to do, pleae help me!!!
You could well be looking at a new iPod, but this will only cost you a couple of bucks, and a little time. Worth trying, but it maybe to late, (I just don't want to give you any false hope.) Turn your iPod off and leave it off, do not attempt to charge it or use until you dry your iPod out. Put it in a sealed bag of rice for at least 7 to 10 days. change the rice daily. If (and it's a "BIG" if) your lucky after drying the iPod it will start up when you turn on the power. You may need to charge it for at least 30 minutes to get some signs of life. If it does not turn on after charging attempt a reset, press and hold both the power and home buttons together for about 15 seconds until the Apple logo appears, then release both buttons. If your iPod turns on, check that all is working. If you get it to work the first thing you should be is back up everything on your iPod to your computer, no guarantee it will continue to work. Water does bad things to electronic toys. If it doesn't work your only out a couple of bucks, then it's time for new toys. You may want to look at replacing with a refurbished iPod, about 1/2 of new. If any extensions are installed, disable them and test. -

It sounds like you are unable to successfully install iTunes. I recommend the troubleshooting instructions in this article named:

Here is a general outline of where the troubleshooting will take you:
General installation troubleshooting
1. Empty your Temp directory and restart
2. Completely remove iTunes and related components
3. Install the latest version of iTunes
Additional troubleshooting
After performing each of the steps below, you will need to completely remove iTunes and related components and then install iTunes again to determine whether the issue is resolved.
1. Make sure you have administrator account access
2. Make sure your folder names don't contain strange characters
3. Get the latest Windows updates
4. Disable other conflicting software
Additional Information
If you only need to install QuickTime, or if iTunes installs but QuickTime installation did not complete
Try downloading and installing the standalone version of QuickTime from http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/. Be sure you download the version that does not include iTunes.

Quit Creative Cloud desktop application .
Launch Photoshop cc 2014 application from C: > Program Files > Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 .
Once launched , click on Help menu in Photoshop cc 2014 and select Updates option .
It should update.
If Mac:
Quit Creative Cloud desktop application .
Launch Photoshop cc 2014 application from Applications folder:
Once launched , click on Help menu in Photoshop cc 2014 and select Updates option .
Let me know if you face any error .
Error 49 occurs while updating the application , when Creative Cloud app does not have reference / Access to installed CC app, so that it can apply updates for the same .
You can try to update from CC app like Photoshop itself and check. -

My phone was linked to my apple ID but then I restored it and now it is saying it is linked to be above. It is a little be too weird that @wqy8972222 is also getting that same message?

hello everyone...I got my very first macbook pro just today and i have a problem deleting the "test" user account. if i can't delete it, the system won't let me turn off the system. I don't know what to do! HELP!!!!
Have you created another admin user? Go to system preferences click users and click the + to add a user; if you haven't already. Once you have another admin user other then the "test" user make sure you're signed out of the test user account. Sign in with the alternate ADMIN USER that you just created or had created already and go back to SYSTEM PREFERENCES and click the same USERS icon near the bottom. Now select the TEST user and click the - sign. This should prompt you if your sure you want to delete the user account. And your done.
New User created and Test User deleted... I hope this helps. -

If it is plugged into a USB hub (or the spare keyboard port), try connecting it to a direct USB port.
Also, try doing this Reset procedure, while it is connect to power.

Please advise how I install the free trial of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. I started the download process and can see the files in the Downloads folder however the setup screen was hanging so I cancelled. Now I don't know what to do. It goes back to the original download screen

I have now brought my daughters laptop into work as she has CS6 so I thought it would be easier to set up her laptop to the work network, set up an email account for her and attempt to email my 270 certificates that way. How wrong was I. First of all Acrobat X Pro would not open so I did a reinstall. Still wouldnt open so I had to find a patch to fix it. I can now open it. When I open Word 2013 and check the options, the PDFMaker is in the active section but when I open word the Adobe toolbar is not appearing. I've opened Acrobat X Pro and have discovered that it's missing a plugin - Convert2AdobePdf (DistillerPI.api) so I'm now in the process to find out how to install this plugin. I have seen through this site that there was a problem with Word 2013 and the Adobe Toolbar which is exactly my new problem. I have to say, after 3 days of trying to perform what you would think is a very simple function, I'm ready to just convert 270 individual pdf's and email them individually, I would have had the job done by now ! -

When you have kernel panics, the pertinent information is in the panic report.
These instructions must be carried out as an administrator. If you have only one user account, you are the administrator.
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
In the Console window, select
DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION ▹ System Diagnostic Reports
(not Diagnostic and Usage Messages) from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar.
There is a disclosure triangle to the left of the list item. If the triangle is pointing to the right, click it so that it points down. You'll see a list of reports. A panic report has a name that begins with "Kernel" and ends in ".panic". Select the most recent one. The contents of the report will appear on the right. Use copy and paste to post the entire contents—the text, not a screenshot.
If you don't see any reports listed, but you know there was a panic, you may have chosen Diagnostic and Usage Messages from the log list. Choose DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION instead.
In the interest of privacy, I suggest that, before posting, you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header of the report, if it’s present (it may not be.)
Please don’t post other kinds of diagnostic report.
I know the report is long, maybe several hundred lines. Please post all of it anyway.
