I don't know where my photos are saved to onto my computer??????

I have photos in my photo stream but i have no idea how they get onto my computer, or where they save to?!!

Most likely they are not going anywhere. What is the reason behind such a generic question?
Do you suspect they are being uploaded somewhere?
Do they not show in the Camera Roll after being taken?

Your camera roll photos - the pictures that you take with the iPad camera or saved from websites are stored in the iPad backup. You will not see them anywhere on your computer unless you import them to the PC from the iPad.
You cannot see what is stored in the iPad backup on your PC. It doesn't work that way. This explains iTunes backups - what is backed up and where the backup file is stored on the computer. It may be a little different in Windows 8. now.

It's 1pm, and apparently I don't know where my children are.

I'm getting lost trying to figure this parent/child stuff out, mostly in regard to trying to use "removeChild".
Here's the nutshell of what I'm doing:
In my public class I'm declaring:
var skillPointDisplay:mcSkillPointWindow = new mcSkillPointWindow;
In a function I'm using:
addChild(skillPointDisplay);
In another function I'm trying:
removeChild(skillPointDisplay);
Which tosses me this:
The supplied DisplayObject must be a child of the caller.
I'm stumped trying to figure this out. If anyone can explain this to me or even just point me towards some good reading material that covers this I'd be very grateful! I've done a bunch of Googling and tried different variations of this. stage. parent. stuff and just come away more lost. I'm afraid social services might get called in as I'm about to start beating this child.

That was actually something I had tried in my googling attempts. When I try that I get this error:

To re-install iPhoto
1. Put the iPhoto.app in the trash (Drag it from your Applications Folder to the trash)
2a: On 10.5: Go to HD/Library/Receipts and remove any pkg file there with iPhoto in the name.
2b: On 10.6: Those receipts may be found as follows: In the Finder use the Go menu and select Go To Folder. In the resulting window type
/var/db/receipts/
2c: on 10.7 they're at
/private/var/db/receipts
A Finder Window will open at that location and you can remove the iPhoto pkg files.
3. Re-install.
If you purchased an iLife Disk, then iPhoto is on it.
If iPhoto was installed on your Mac when you go it then it’s on the System Restore disks that came with your Mac. Insert the first one and opt to ‘Install Bundled Applications Only.
If you purchased it on the App Store or have a Recent Mac you can find it in your Purchases List.

Can´t do Ichat Video, don´t know where the problems are

I have an IMac with built in ISIght and I want tu use Ichat Video. I can chat and if I press the button beside my pic, I see a normal moving pic of the cam. If I want to open a videochat, my pic in the new opend window just stopped moving. I can the the other person moving, and we can talk, but I don´t move for the other person.
If i look at check connection, my rame rate and Bitrate are 0.
SO what can I do to get it working, I already tried to open the ports, written in the support article. I connect wireless to my router.

Have you set your Quicktime setting, goto sys prefs/quicktime/streaming/streaming speed, set to 1.5mbps(dont use automatic)
In ichats prefs click on video and change bandwidth limit to NONE.
Restart iChat.

I just got a new pc and tried to move my library from the one pc to another using my ipod. When I did so, I lost about 20 songs recently downloaded. I don't know where the songs are....they were songs that I downloaded using the ipod????

I just tried to transfer my itunes from my old pc to new one. I have music that is downloaded to all three devices...new, old and itouch. I used the itouch to transfer the music, but now the music I downloaded with the itouch wifi disappeared. Help!!!!

Make sure Contacts and Calendars is switched on.

My iphone is toast, I know I checked on icloud and see my emails from the day before it happened. Can I see when and what my phone backed up through itunes or icloud?

This was EXACTLY what I needed about the purchases I made from my device. However, is there a way to re-download other ones you've made from a computer? Because I realized some of them were not just purchased from my device.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Only photos in photostream are kept in the cloud and only for 30 days. To save your photos before deleting them, sync them to a computer or an online storage solution such as Dropbox.
