I don't like v 4.0. How can I download 3.7.10?

I just downloaded 4.0. I don't like it. Why did you change the menu bars? I don't like having the tabs at the top. That's where the URL locator belongs. Why did you change to button images? I do auctions and have to be quick with refresh and don't like it where you put it, but I could learn to live with that. But, I do not like having the tabs at the top.
So, my question is: How can I get another copy of 3.7.10 to download?

I recently updgraded to iOS 5 because I was curious, but I should have read up on it before I did so.

I too cannot stand it! Worse yet, they won't let you downgrade? Well why not?! I paid a pretty good price for my i-pod touch and it worked fine up to 4.3.5 but against my better judgement I figured I would give the new iOS a chance. Went to 5.1.1. Wow, what a mistake! Slow, Slow, Slower, Crashing Apps, Sync Issues with Itunes...and WHY is it everytime I now am able to actually to get it sync does it need to backup and check everything? Did I mention enough it's a slow OS and now ontop of this, even synching is a slower process (when it works)? Apple has done nothing to rectify this issue. Absolutely nothing. No support at all. I shouldn't have to "jail-break" or manually do anything. Apple should give it's customers the ability to downgrade to any version of the iOS they want that works for them on their particular device connected so long as it's available, which it is. This was my 1st Apple product. It very well may be my last. I certainly AM NOT a fan of the direction they are taking the company. I'm glad I never bought one of their computers!

I don't have my software disk, How can I download on my new laptop?

I have CS5.1 - I originally purchased the hard disk downloadable version. I recently had to replace my laptop due to mechanical ware. So now I would like to reinstall the software package onto my new laptop but I don't have the software disk on hand. Can Adobe help me work around this problem?

Yes. I selected all songs and checked them (in case I missed a few) and synced. I have also tried uninstalling iTunes and reinstalling it. I tried selecting all songs and unchecking them, re-syncing my phone (which didn't get rid of the songs on my phone like i thought it would), then selected all songs again, checked them, and resynced again--nothing changed. I went to the iTunes store and selected "Check for all available downloads" and it gave me the message"All purchases have been downloaded for this account." I checked for duplicates, deleted a few and resynced. This reduced the number of songs, but it still doesn't match what the iTunes library says...I don't know what to try next...

Hi and thanks. The password on the old iCloud account doesn't work and my ex-husband says he doesn't know what it is -- and that he's not getting emails to reset the password. I tried using the rescue questions and even the birthdate isn't working. I think he's changed it to keep me out, but it's charging my credit card account.

The only way that I know currently know of to remove old or incorrect email addresses from the Mail app is to reset the iPad back to factory defaults, which I assume that you don't want to to. If you cannot find the file on your hard drive then once you delete the current broken entry you should be able to redownload from iTunes in the Cloud. This assumes the item in question qualifies. Note that audiobooks, digital booklets, iTunes LPs & Extras, ringtones, selected movies etc. don't.
If prompted don't hide the item. You may find that you need to close and then reopen iTunes before it will appear for download.

Whoever told you that was misinformed or lying. Those applications are sold separately for the iOS platform and the Mac platform.
Go to the Mac App Store to purchase Pages and Numbers for your Mac. They're $20 each. If you are running an older version of Mac OS X that can't use the Mac App Store, you can purchase install media from Apple.
