As an iPhone user myself, I know it must be very much a problem to have the phone out of service because of an error such as you are seeing. Let's see if we can get you back up and running.

I purchased Modern Combat3 from I tunes Store and tried installing it but it shows an error message 'App sync failed'. Please help me out. Can it be installed or my $9.00 are wasted ?

I tried this on my windows machine and then connected my IPAD 2 to install it. The app was shown in the Itunes library but when i checked it and clicked sync, the sync failed.

Forgotten RESTRICTIONS Passcode
- Restore from a backup that was make before you added the Restrictions passcode. If you restore from a backup made with the Restrictions passcode the Restrictions passcode is also restored.
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.

Go here and select "Reset your password." You will receive an email message with a link that bypasses the questions. You will then be able to select and answer the questions again.

iDVD does work with Yosemite although, as Kappy pointed out unsupported for 2 years, so try this basic troubleshooting fix:
1 - delete the IDVD preference file, com.apple.iDVD.plist, that resides in your
User/Home/Library/Preferences folder.
2 - delete the contents of IDVD'S cache folder: User/Home/Library/Caches/com.apple.iDVD.
3 - launch IDVD and try again.
NOTE: In Lion and Mountain Lion the Home/Library folder is now invisible. To make it permanently visible enter the following in the Terminal application window: chflags nohidden ~/Library and press the Return key - 10.7: Un-hide the User Library folder.
If you're running Mavericks or Yosemite go to your Home folder and use the View ➙ Show View Options menu to bring the this window:

1. Where should I run this code. what will it show when I run this. It enumerates all installed applets and packages, currently installed in the JCOP emulator running on TCP port 8050.
2. When I compiled it javac cardinfo.java I got 28 errors. I too. I corrected the code (see my post in the thread "Code Sample: cardinfo for JCOP41V22 Card").
my first error says import com.ibm.jc.*; doesnot exist. should I add this package if so how can I ...You need to add the JCOP-library "offcard.jar" to the project classpath.
