I Can't receive the email that was to be sent to my recovery address so I can't change my security questions. I only remember setting one but it asks me 2 other questions that I don't even remember answering, I'm trying to make a purchase for the 1st time so it asked me these questions

If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
