  • HT1918 I have Unknown Itunes charges on my credit card.  I need help to identify the purchases. It does not show in my Itunes purchase history but only one my credit card statement.

I have some unknown Itunes charges on my credit card that I have been busting my brains on getting an answer.  I HATE not getting to talk to a real person!!!!  Same amount Charges show three consecutive days but does NOT show on my itunes purchase history. Suggestions greatly appreciated. A hammer to smash the computer would help too.

If they don't show on your purchase history on your account then have you have you added or changed your credit card details on your account - when you do then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days) ? If not then you could contact iTunes Support via this page and see if they can see what they are for : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

    Do what Roger says above.
Do you have 'in-app' purchases enabled on an iPhone/iPad or other device that kids or other family members use ?  That could be the issue.
If not change your iTunes Store password to try to prevent whatever is doing this making further charges.
Also if you can't find the cause, talk to your cc company.

  • HT1933 i am questioning an iTunes charge on my credit card?  what is the easiest way to do this???

How do I find out if an itunes store charge on my credit card is correct??

You can check the purchase history on your account via the Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) drop-down menu option on your computer's iTunes - though I'm not sure if that shows in-app purchases and/or auto-renewing subscriptions.  If you don't recognise the charge then you can contact iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

  • Why am I seeing bogus iTunes charges on my credit card?

I'm seeing charges for $9.99, $4,99, $14.99 periodically.  I have not purchased any music, books, games, nothing!  But I'm seeing these charges.  I logged into my account on iTunes (www.itunes.com) and checked order history ---- none for the last 6 months.  But I've seen these charges on my last 2 months of credit card activity.  I can't find any link to see iTunes purchase activity.  Help!

If notthing shows on your account's purchase history on your computer's iTunes (and the card isn't / hasn't been linked to other accounts), and you havn't got any auto-renewing subscriptions (I'm not sure if they show on the purchase history or not) then you should contact your card issuer.

  • ITunes charges to my credit card come up as Singapore when I'm in Australia

I have an Australian iTunes accounts but I've notice in the last month that my credit card statements list my iTunes charges as "iTunes Music Store//SingapSingapore 000".  My iTunes receipts say Australia, and have GST and the ABN - so why is my money going to Singapore?

You have issues that several different companies have to be contacted. As someone said earlier, this forum consists of fellow users helping each other. The company "Apple" does not participate here.
First of all, if there is a problem with Facebook blocking you, then you need to follow up with Facebook - and not Apple. They are not related.
Secondly, if there are unauthorized charges, then you need to file the proper paperwork (or phone call) with your bank or credit card company. And by the way, if you want to avoid getting unauthorized charges like this on something like iTunes (or other online companies, too) - then pick up a Visa/Debit Card from Walmart and just load on it the amount you're wanting to use - and then if someone snags that number they can't charge anything more, since you only loaded the amount you wanted to use.
If you want some assistance on using the iPad, set up an appointment at the "Genius Bar" at an Apple Store to make sure you're using the iPad in a secure manner. That's one place where "Apple" will help you directly. However, keep in mind they won't help you with "Facebook issues" or with "bank issues". You'll have to go to them directly.
The iPad is simply a tool, just like a computer is a tool, or a car is a tool. It's all in "how you use it".

    Hi
I have some charges of Itunes on my Visa card that i never did.
    7 different charges.
    Can you help me please?

Check your iTunes Store purchase history.
If they show up, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for refunds, or contact the card's issuer and dispute them.
If not, your financial information may have been compromised. Contact the bank.

    Hello, Lynne.
Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
Here is a helpful article that explains how iTunes purchases are billed.
iTunes Store: How iTunes Store purchases are billed
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5582
When using iTunes to purchase content for the first time on a new device, it may require you to verify your payment information as a way to authenticate your device.  If this not a new device attempting to access iTunes store and prompting you provide payment information, there could be an outstanding balance.  This article will show you how to verify you purchase history and invoices.
iTunes Store & Mac App Store: Seeing your purchase history and order numbers
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2727
Also, you can change the payment method as none as long as there isn't an outstanding balance on the account.
