there is no way to revert back to older software. try to backup and restore the current software to fix any issues with the software

First, open the Mac App Store and try to purchase Keynote. Some users said it allows you to download the latest Keynote version compatible with Mountain Lion.
If it doesn't work, purchase iWork '09 in a DVD at Amazon, and install it. Then, open  > Software Update, and install the most recent iWork version, or install it from the Apple site > http://support.apple.com/kb/dl1563

The latest version of iPhoto which can operation with OS X 10.4.11 is iPhoto 7 which is part of iLife 08. You might be able to find a copy of iLIfe 08 on Amazon.com or Ebay.com.
iLife 08's full system requirements are:

If your profile is correct you're already on the final version of Snow Leopard (10.6.8). Sure it wasn't Lion it was asking for?
If that's the only version available on the app store, you'll need to source a copy of the iWork '09 DVD - not cheap now - only available via Amazon or eBay etc.

make sure you back up everything as if you exchange your iPhone will go and the Genius bar do not provide a backup service

No, it is not possible. When upgrading the iOS on the phone, the only one you can install is the latest version, which for the iPhone 4 is iOS 7.0.4.

i don't see a way for you to back up your phone, because it will require you to unlock the phone.

If you want just the originals, then you can go into the Aperture library (right click on it and do "show package contents"). Inside is a directory called "Masters" and you can find the original files in a bunch of subfolders.
But... you'll lose all adjustments, keywords, and other information, and just have the files as they were imported originally from the cameras.
Easiest is probably to buy Aperture and update everything, and then migrate to the Photos application down the road if that's what you want. Aperture 3.0 came out in 2010 (five years ago!) so it's not like you've upgraded in a while

There is a world of information in these forums if you use the search function near the top right of this page. Just type in NAS for example and you get many threads on the subject (marked with a green checkmark if it solved the question) another example would be Airport Exterme and sound system. Once you formulate your ideas better then specific questions can be addressed one at a time. You may find that a less expensive choice for a server might be a mac mini.
