I dont have a rescue email address and i forgot my security question's answers
i cant buy stuff because i forgot my security questions' answers and i dont have a rescue email address what do i do. I cant make a new account because i have $40 on it and i dont wanna re buy all my old stuff.

If you aren't getting the reset link then that implies that you don't have a rescue email address set up on your account - you're sure it's not an alternate email address ?
