I dont know my password to unlock iphone4 encrypted backup?
Well no one here will know it either. You will need to delete the backup and create another one. Tis time if you choose to encrypt make sure you remember pw. Or you cou.ld back up without encryption

How do you unlock a phone when you dont know the password?
how do you unlock a phone when you dont know the password?
Connect in recovery mode and restore, you'll get the option to reset the passcode during this process:
iOS: Unable to update or restore and iPhone and iPod touch: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. Refer to Updating and restoring iPhone, iPad and iPod touch software. -
I can't remove the other icloud account on my iphone4 i dont know the password how can i remove it?
You're not supposed to see iCloud.com from your mobile device, it's for use only with a computer. You can view the iCloud data on your mobile device through the appropriate apps (contacts, calendars etc)

How to unlock a ipod touch if i dont know the password
I found it and i dont know the password and i hope you guys can
Help to unlock itIf You Are Locked Out Or Have Forgotten Your Passcode or Just Need to Restore Your Device
1. iTunes 10 for Mac- Update and restore software on iPod, iPhone, or iPad
2. iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
3. iOS- Understanding passcodes
If you have forgotten your Restrictions code, then follow the instructions
below but DO NOT restore any previous backup. If you do then you will
simply be restoring the old Restrictions code you have forgotten. This
same warning applies if you need to restore a clean system.
A Complete Guide to Restore or Recover Your iDevice (if You Forget Your Passcode)
If you need to restore your device or ff you cannot remember the passcode, then you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and re-sync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. Refer to Updating and restoring iPhone, iPad and iPod touch software.
Try restoring the iOS device if backing up and erasing all content and settings doesn't resolve the issue. Using iTunes to restore iOS devices is part of standard isolation troubleshooting. Restoring your device will delete all data and content, including songs, videos, contacts, photos, and calendar information, and will restore all settings to their factory condition.
Before restoring your iOS device, Apple recommends that you either sync with iTunes to transfer any purchases you have made, or back up new data (data acquired after your last sync). If you have movie rentals on the device, see iTunes Store movie rental usage rights in the United States before restoring.
Follow these steps to restore your device:
1. Verify that you are using the latest version of iTunes before attempting to update.
2. Connect your device to your computer.
3. Select your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when it appears in iTunes under Devices.
4. Select the Summary tab.
5. Select the Restore option.
6. When prompted to back up your settings before restoring, select the Back Up
option (see in the image below). If you have just backed up the device, it is not
necessary to create another.
7. Select the Restore option when iTunes prompts you (as long as you've backed up,
you should not have to worry about restoring your iOS device).
8. When the restore process has completed, the device restarts and displays the Apple
logo while starting up:
After a restore, the iOS device displays the "Connect to iTunes" screen. For updating
to iOS 5 or later, follow the steps in the iOS Setup Assistant. For earlier versions of
iOS, keep your device connected until the "Connect to iTunes" screen goes away or
you see "iPhone is activated."
9. The final step is to restore your device from a previous backup. If you do not have a
backup to restore, then restore as New.
If you are restoring to fix a forgotten Restrictions Code or as a New device, then skip Step 9 and restore as New. -

Hi my ipod touch has been locked and i dont know the password to it.
Hi my ipod touch has been locked and i dont know the password to it. What do i do because my computer says it has to be unlocked before i can do anything. So if you have an answer that would be great thanks.
You have to restore the iPod.
Launch iTunes, and place the device in Recovery Mode per the instructions here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808 -
my friend gave me ipod touch with all his accounts, i created new accounts but when i went on the appstore and tried to update apps installed by him,i was asked his account's password! i dont know his password.how can i use my account to update apps?
You can't. Apps and really all content purchased/downloaded through one Apple ID is forever tied to that Apple ID. In the case of Apps they will always request that Apple ID to update as they are licensed to that Apple ID.
In reality, the Apps were licensed to that Apple ID by the developer. And cannot simply be given away to you for you to use.
He should have wiped the iPod clean so you could set it up for your use without any of his accounts or purchased content as you are not really licensed to any of those Apps.
Your friend should have followed this support document before giving the iPod to you:

How can i change delete old Apple ID on my iphone, i dont know the password
i change the Apple ID using my PC. My new Apple ID was verified both email and password. My Ipad air sync to the new Apple ID but my iphone wont sync. And everytime i try to change my Apple ID on my iphone it ask for password of the old Apple ID, but it keep saying incorrect ID and password. I cant delete or change because i dont know the password.
You need to reset the password for the old Apple ID.
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5787
FYI - all apps, all paid and free apps include DRM protection which is tied to the Apple ID that was used to download the apps. Not possible to merge or transfer apps downloaded with one Apple ID to another.
This means in order to install an app update with an app that was downloaded with your old Apple ID, you will need to use that Apple ID and password. -
I went to set up an ITunes account and entered the WRONG e-mail. After everything was complete it sent the Itunes conformation number to the wrong e-mail. I dont believe they can use it because they dont know the password it will ask them for that e-mail for the account. How do i redeem the itunes back? When i enetr the code to try and use it for my correct e-mail it says it already has been redeemed.
Go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; select 'iTunes' in the first column; 'iTunes Store' in the second column then see if there is an appropriate place to report the problem.

How am i supposed to download the latest itunes version if i dont know the password because its not the same as my apple id password
The password being requested is, as for any Mac OS X software update or application installation, the password to your user account in Mac OS X, or the user name and password to an account in Mac OS X that has administrator privileges if your account does not.
