I don't know the password for the Terminal for my Mac.10.5.7.... I need to reset the password for the Terminal, but I don't have the start up disc. I have the password for software updates, exc.... but it doesn't work when the Mac's Terminal asks for the password
Can some one help me in complete layman terms with a step by step way to reset my password?

FYI - all apps, all paid and free apps include DRM protection which is tied to the Apple ID that was used to download the apps. Not possible to merge or transfer apps downloaded with one Apple ID to another.

You need the previous owner to unlock it, unless they do you have a brick there is no other way .
iPhone was probably stolen if you purchased on eBay, claim and get your money back

You can only wipe your device when it is logged into iCloud and 'Find My Phone' is enabled, additionally the device will need to be switched on and connected to a wifi or cellular network.
Unfortunately, you cannot activate iCloud or 'Find My Phone' remotely.

Assuming you have been able to set yourself up as an Administrator so far, you can just go into Applications>System Preferences>Users & Groups and delete the other three accounts by highlighting them one at a time in the left hand column and clicking the "Minus" symbol at the bottom of the column.

You're not supposed to see iCloud.com from your mobile device, it's for use only with a computer. You can view the iCloud data on your mobile device through the appropriate apps (contacts, calendars etc)
