I dont remember my security question and when i send an email to have the answer i receive nothing

I made an account 2 year ago (i had an ipod) and now i bought an ipad and when i want to buy stuff on the app store with my ipad apple ask me for my security question and i dont remember the answer and when i send the security question by email i receive nothing. Can you help me ?

You may end up scheduling them to call you. I know I tried to get the reset info sent to me three times and the mails never came so I just asked for support to call me.

You've checked the spam folder on your rescue email account as well as the inbox, and you've tried clicking the reset link a second time ? If you have, and you still haven't received the email, then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

The usual cause for errors is that the security question responses are case sensitive. If case sensitivity is not an issue with your answers, see the last step in the attached section of the article below.
Navigate to My Apple ID using your web browser.
Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
Note: The option to send an email to reset your security questions and answers will not be available if a rescue email address is not provided. You will need to contact iTunes Store support in order to do so.

An email other than a rescue email can be changed by someone who successfully guesses your password or otherwise breaks into your account. They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without verifying your identity.

I just purchased an I pad mini and when I send an email a get the message "a copy has been placed in the outbox. Recipient was rejected by the Server. I do not know what that means. Who is the server. Why are the emails not sent?

I just purchased the new I pad mini Retina display 16 GB and have AT&T Lite.
I cannot send emails. I do receive them.
The message is "copy placed in outbox. Recipient rejected by the server".
Who is the server?

Check the outgoing mail server setting. Make sure that your username and password are in there.
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Your email account>Account>Outgoing mail server - tap the server name next to SMTP and check in the primary server and make sure your username and password are entered and correct - even if it says that the password is optional.
