Go to Adobe.com. Sign in with your userid and password that hast the subscription. Then use the manage Account button. The in manages account locate the plan you want to cancel and click on its manage plan link. In the manage plan click on the cancel plan link. There may be an early termination fer you yearly plan.

When you cancel a plan the cancellation does not take effect until the next payment is due - so you won't get a refund for the unused portion of the month but you should not be charged the following month.
If you have followed the instructions correctly and it's not yet a month from the previous payment you would do best to wait until the next payment date and see what happens. If that has already passed and you have been charged then you should contact Support. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click 'See all products and services', then ' 'iTunes', and then 'iTunes Store', then 'Purchases, Billing & Redemption'. -
so yesterday i updated to ios 8.0.2 and i lost all of my pictures and notes and whatnot and i dont think i have them saved on my icloud or anything , the pictures and notes were really important to me but i have no idea how to get them back . can someone please help me ?
Well, if you updated to 8.2, then you are living in a different world than the rest of us. 8.1 was just released on Monday.
Do you not have an iCloud or iTunes backup that you can restore to? Have you not been importing your photos to a photo library on your computer?
Maybe you could start from the beginning and we can see if we can help. If you had to restore your device, and you have absolutely no backups, then, I'm afraid you are out of luck. However, if you have backups, or if you have been importing your photos on a regular basis, then probably most of your stuff can be recovered.

Please help, my phone is saying i need to restore to factory settings but i there are items i havnt backed up on my phone yet, i cant open it anywhere on my laptop its just not shoiwing and i've tried holding the center button and power button together but that just turns my phone off. The screen is only shoing the itunes symbol and a ubs cable underneath it. Please help me i really dont want to lose my pictures! a couple of days ago i purchased an itunes card, but for a couple of months i was unable to download any sort of app or song, because it wanted me to post my credit card on my billing address. i had not purchased anything, yet the next day on my credit card it said i had purchased $22 worth. i dont know why if i had not purchased anything.

i want to get old purchased songs and albums back onto my ipod. havent been connected in a couple years. old purchases have a cloud on them and wont let me access them. someone please help!
I have tried that as well. The purchased songs are not in my playlists and they are still there. I manually deleted them on the phone but the sync puts them right back on there.

My iPad has been stolen. Someone broke into my house on Tuesday. I have already tried locking it through icloud. I have reported this to the authorities but they cannot do much unless I give them the serial number to the iPad. With the serial number they can put it into a database and send that inormation to pawn shops, so i the theie tries to pawn it, the pawn shop employeee can convscate the iPad and hand it over to the authorites. I need the serial number to report it to the authorities. I dont have the box it came in or the receipt and its not on my itunes on the computer because I didnt use it or music, just pictures. Can someone please help??? btw, some words are misspelled becasue the letter that comes ater the letter E, doesnt work on my keybord.

I need to download all of my photos from my iPhone 4S and my iPad 2 to my MacBook Air because there is no more storage space available. I want to make sure all my photos are not lost and that they do not return to the original devices because of the cloud. Can someone please help ?
Connect your devices to the computer with the USB cable (one device at a time) and import the photos via iPhoto or Image Capture.
If you have not changed any default settings on your computer, iPhoto will automatically launch when you plug in the device. Then follow the import prompts. -

You do realise that wiping the disk means that everything on the disk is erased. Everything. Photos, music, emails, ...
So the first piece of advice is to make sure you have a back up of everything.
You need the OS disk to reintsall the operating system. You will use that disk first to erase the drive, then to reinstall the OS.

I downloaded music to my ipod shuffle from itunes and it still saying saying download music from itunes. But there is music on it when I hook it to the computer but it want play on the shuffle. Someone please help me.
