I downlaoded the trial version of photo shop but cannot acces it from my desktop
I downlaed the free trial photoshop but am nable to acccess the progrm from the desk top
Is the program installed? Please specify in detail, the error in order for us to help troubleshoot.

I have recently updated the new apps via creative cloud now photoshop and bridge no longer work, they open then say they have encountered a problem and close, I also tried opening the old version of photo shop but getting the same result
What OS version? What's the exact error? Exactly when does the error occur? What previous versions? What is on the screen when the error displays? Does Photoshop get fully open?

It's not in the Adobe folder. Installation apps are there, however.
What operating system do you have e.g. Windows 32, Windows 64 or Mac OSX?

I installed the trial of Media Encoder CC but cannot find the imx30 preset. Where and how can i find and install this feature.
In the case of the trial mode, the license to MXF OP1a format as well as MPEG2 format are not activated if you install only Media Encoder only. If this is the case, in order to activate those formats in the trial mode, please also install Premiere Pro, After Effects or Prelude and launch it at least once. After this, re-launching Media Encoder should make MXF OP1a format available.

I have downloaded the trial version of InDesign CVS5 but can't open the program.
First time I've used the forum, don't know if my first question was sent. Here it is again: InDesign seems to be attached to my task bar. When I open my file the InDesign icon showing the name of my file appears on the task bar and a small dialogue box CS Live appears at the top of my screen. I can't open my file. What can I do? please Help?

I did try with a right click but it didn't open and there was an option to pin or unpin to the taskbar. Nothing happened with that either.
I then deleted that download version and tried to install Adobe InDesign CS2 and that wasn't successful either. I am trying to find out if it is compatible with this new super doper pc I've bought which is Windows 7, Intel4 Core processor, 6gb ram, 1Tb HD, 64bit. I'm desperate to continue work on a book for a client and can't get into it.

I installed the trial version of Photoshop CS6 but it will not let me open the program.
When I go to open it an error message comes up saying that "it may be damaged or incomplete". But when I go to Adobe Applicaion Manager it says that it is "up to date". How can I fix this?
Run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool and let it install again.

Even though the printer is selected in the print screen - Adobe always save to a .prn file - which I am then unable to print?
You have enabled print to file in your printer driver. Nothing to do with Reader at all.

You have to call Apple & likely ask for a Product Specialist to get it, if they still have it! Helps to tell them you have an iPad/iPhone & you can't run 10.6.
There are workarounds if the 867MHz is the only hangup...

Until last week, my printer and Macbook worked fine together - could print any doc or pdf, web page from my computer. Then it stopped - my printer will still make copies but will not print anything I send from my Mac. I have checked network connections, the printer WiFi connection works. Make sure you’re on the same network
Your computer might not be able to find a printer that’s on another local network.
To see if the printer you want to use is on the same network as your computer, try adding it again. If the printer doesn’t appear in the list of available printers, your computer might be on a different network now.
If you know the printer’s IP address (for example, 192.168.1.100), you can try adding it as an IP printer. For instructions, see this help topic:Set up an IP printer
Add your printer again
Try to add your printer again in Print & Scan preferences. If you can print to the newly added printer queue, delete the old printer queue.
If you can’t add the printer because it doesn’t appear in the list of available printers, it may be turned off, or your computer may be on another network now. if the printer was shared by another user, the user may have stopped sharing it, or the user’s computer may be offline. If you don’t manage the printer, ask the person who does for help.

i was having problems downloading the trial version of photo shop.. per advice I used the adobe cc tool... if finally downloaded and installed but now says there was a patch error... HHHHHEEEELLLPPPP!

How do I activate the Edit menu and Layers in the trial version of PSE12?
After looking at http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-elements/faq.html#trial-information 1., which says it's a fully functional version, I downloaded the trial version of PSE12,.
But when I open a photo, and Select > All, the Edit menu shows the following:
Thinking that maybe Layers has to to active, but the Window menu shows the following:
Like in the Edit menu, everything is greyed out.
How do I make things active so I can actually evaluate this trial version?Are you in Expert Mode?
