I download Firefox then get this message: Firefox allow the "firefox Setup 19.0.2.exe couldn't be downloaded

I'm running Windows Vista Service Pack 2 and Internet Explorer 9. Firefox downloads then stops with the message above. How can I resolve this. I really want to use Firefox

Tyler: It wasn't just Firefox but also other .exe files that I couldn't download in IE9. Not sure what happened, I used to be able to do this but some update must have killed this. I've had some weird problems for the past 3 days.
I just bypassed IE9 by using Google Chrome that I had installed. This ran the Firefox download and install with no problems. So I'm set.
I don't know what happened to my IE9 but I think I'll stick with Firefox for now.

I have seen this before, a long time ago (several years), and I cannot
remember how/if we resolved it.
If this is an impotant issue to you, I suggest that you open a case with

Web addresses are usually written like http://www.example.com/
Make sure that you're using forward slashes (i.e. /).

It's not that I'm typing anything in wrong, it's when I first open Firefox or a new tab. Instead of displaying the firefox page showing my recently viewed websites it's just an invalid URL. Why would I be blocked from this page?

I have the same problem, I tried to uninstall itunes and even go back to an earlier version and nothing works. It keeps showing the same message: "Apple movile device failed to start. Verify that you have suficient privileges to start the system services"
