I download latest addition but still says not on the latest?????

A few minutes ago while signing in it said I did not have the latest addition si I downloaded it left the site and came back about 2 minutes later just to receive the same message.This has happened several times in the last week

Be sure you are checking the email account that you used to set up the Apple ID you used to create the iCloud account. Also, be sure to check your spam/junk folder as well as your inbox. The email you should receive looks like the image below. When you get it, click the Verify Now link.
If it still isn't there, try going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right look for a link to resend the verification email.

"Move to trash", ask password but still does not delete the file

hi, when i try to delete any file on my mac, the laptop ask for password, then i put the password but it still does not delete the file. Anybody can help?

Make sure the application or document you are trying to delete is not open or running.

Can't update iphone as not enough memeory on computer. Have tried to move itunes to an external hardrive and I thinm it has moved and clicked on the Itunes folder from the external but still says not enough memory..help

Our computer is REALLY low on memory...we will get a new one at some point but can't at the moment.
Upgraded to the new iphone 4s and bought an external hardrive so I could move my Itunes library to that, so I could update iphone/itunes (isn't enough memeory on PC to do this)
I read that I need to consolidate my itunes first but again when I tried to do this it said not enough computer memory.
Anyway I tried to move the itunes folder over to hardrive and then it looked like it had worked. Clicked on itunes via the external and it opened ituens up..brilliant I thought!Backed my old iphone up and then clicked update...then a m,essage came up saying not enough memeory on comouter to update.
Is this because i need to delete itunes off the computer?
Am worried in case it isn't on the hard drive correctly and will lose everything!

You would be better off to go through and uninstall programs you no longer need or use and move your data over to the external drive, at least temporarily. The iOS update file will be somewhere around 700MB. If your system has less than 20% free disk space, you're pushing the limits even without trying to download something that large and back up your phone so the update can process. If you're running less than 10% disk space you've entered dangerous waters no matter what you're doing.
This really isn't iPhone related and we can't advise you as to what data and applications you can move or delete. You will have to make that determination yourself or get a friend or family member to help.
If you do not have a current backup of your computer system, you need to make one. NOW!

I have enough storage on my iPad Mini but still says not enough available

I am trying to download LEGO Batman for the iPad mini and have 2.5G free space. The App state 1.33G to download but I continue to get an error that there is not enough avaiable storage?

The GB size of the download file is the compressed size (like .zip or .dmg). When the file is installed/uncompressed it can be 2-3 times larger.
How much space is used by your Other? You may be able to reduce.

PS CC 2014 requires less than what my laptop is capable of, but still says "not enough ram". Help?

I have an Acer Aspire with Windows 7. I downloaded Photoshop CC 2014, which said it's requirements were less than what my laptop has, plus I upgraded the ram to 8 already. If I go to lighting, it opens, stalls, then says not enough ram, and another message about making sure things are enabled, etc etc, which I have already done. What do I do?

It says ram on one message, and talks about graphics card on another. The first message that pops up says the 3D feature require that "use graphics processor is enabled in the performance preferences. Your video card must meet the minimum requirement and you may need to check that your driver is working correctly. Once that message is closed the next message that pops up says unable to perform function you do not have enough RAM.

I have an older computer and could not read a pdf file so I just added the Adobe software for $14.95 and downloaded it but still can not open the reader. If I can't open it, please refund my money.

I have downloaded creative cloud but I do not have the creative cloud icon on my computer?

I have a membership to Adobe and have access to all the CC programs through the Icon "Adobe Application Manager". But I do not have a Creative Cloud icon in my applications? I also cannot sync fonts from Typekit as it says "Desktop font sync is not available on this operating system or device". When I click on the "learn more" it says the program only runs on "OS X 10.7 and higher", even though my computer is up to date. I can access all my creative cloud programs, Photoshop / Illustrator / Indesign etc... Which confuses me as to why it is saying I cannot sync fonts as Typekit/Creative Cloud will not operate on any systerm lower then OS X 10.7..

I've downloaded firefox 4, but it does not have the orange firefox bar at top left and I do not have any page forward/back arrows...why not? in English

The opening page does not show the orange bar that is supposed to hide my choices. How do I move back and forth between pages as there are no back and forward arrows at top left anymore.
Also I cannot view the html or web address of the page I am working on to see if it is a secure site (ie for money transactions)

Firefox 3.6.13 would not load under xp on acer computer. deleted in and downloaded version 4, but still does not load, just hangs system. what is wrong?

a couple weeks ago, firefox stopped loading (just hung system) on my acer computer running windows xp. I deleted firefox and downloaded versin 4.0.1. But, the same thing is happening. it starts to load but then stops responding and hangs the system. what is wrong?

I also have this problem and it just started in the last week or so. It seems to be dependent on my home network and the problem only exists with firefox. I have used chrome and IE8 with no issues. I can verify tomorrow that it only exists in my network but one thing I was able to test is that the problem exists even on my linux boot. I am totally dumbfounded with this problem and I can't find anything that will allow the gmail page to load. All other pages I have tried load fine, all be it a little slower than normal but they load. If anyone knows of a difference between firefox and all other browsers on how it goes through the router I would appreciate the info cause I don't know of any differences.

I second this statement. However, before you go you should check "apple menu > system preferences > network"
Is your Airport visible here? If so, click on it and look for the "show Airport in menubar" checkbox.
