Did you try reinstalling the app and contacting the developer (there should be a contact link on the app's description page in the store) ? If you don't get a reply from the developer then you could try
'report a problem' link from the purchase history on your computer's iTunes instead of on your iPad : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link (iTunes support should reply within, I think, 24 to 48 hours).
Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. -

ok, so ever since I downloaded the newer version of Firefox my tabs icon (+) on the top is gone. I know I can hit cntrl T, but I really like just clicking the + which opens a new tab. How do I get that back?? I've looked around the HELP section and can only find info about what tabs are etc... Even in all the picutres about the feature it shows the + icon at the top of the page to open a new one. What do I do??

Help! I downloaded a newer version of Safari but it turns out ... its not compatible with my OS X. Now my computer essentially has no browser and can't connect to the internet.

Download the old Safari to the MBP. Use a flash drive to transfer the .dmg installation file from the MBP to the iMac. Open the .dmg on the iMac and install Safari 5.1.10.
But, frankly, I don't think that simply reinstalling the old Safari will work because of all the peripheral, under the hood changes that happen when you upgrade from one version of Safari to another. Reinstalling 5.1.10 may be insufficient to turn back the clock. (This is the moment where a Time Machine or another form of full backup would save your bacon.)
While you're getting a copy of Safari, get a copy of Firefox (https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/desktop/), too, so that you have an alternate browser to use as you're sorting matters. -
First off, when firefox trys to auto update, it fails. It tells me to try and download the new version from mozilla's site. When I try to download the new version I get this: (C:\Users\John\AppData\Local\Temp could not be saved, because you cannot change the contents of that folder.)
This is the same message I have been getting when I try to download other things off the net. (When I use other browsers to download I dont have this problem)Please help.

If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well.
Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note).

I'm Gene. I have an older MAC desktop and am running iPhoto 09, version8.1.2 (424). Each time I connect my iphone to my MAC I get a message that there is a newer version of iPhoto, but when I select the link, I am taken to the Apple webpage and get a message that the page I'm looking for is not available. All I would like to do is upgrade my iPhoto. Do I need to upgrade to the latest version of iWork, and if so, what version and how would I do that? Any assistance is appreciated. Possible causes are that you or some third party tool has moved, renamed or deleted the file, or that the drive it lives on has had a change of drive letter. It is also possible that iTunes has changed from expecting the files to be in the pre-iTunes 9 layout to post-iTunes 9 layout,or vice-versa, and so is looking in slightly the wrong place.
Select a track with an exclamation mark, use Ctrl-I to get info, then cancel when asked to try to locate the track. Look on the summary tab for the location that iTunes thinks the file should be. Now take a look around your hard drive(s). Hopefully you can locate the track in question. If a section of your library has simply been moved, or a drive letter has changed, it should be possible to reverse the actions.
Alternatively, as long as you can find a location holding the missing files, then you should be able to use my FindTracks script to reconnect them to iTunes .

It probably means you don't have enough available storage on your phone. It takes space to store the download - THEN unpack it. Best method is to use a computer with iTunes (This allows you to back up on your computer as well).
PLEASE: Do not purchase iCloud storage space - this will not give you more room for the iOS 7.1 installation. -
I had deleted my Apps Icon from the phone as I was trying to update the new version iOS4.3.
However, after deleteing the Icon, I am not able to install the Apps Messenger again because I am not able to use the IOS.4.3 diagnostic password sent via email.
Installation was rejected because I need the iOS.4.3

MichaelThat situation went from inconvenient to complicated quickly. Wait for any pending orders to drop off, wait for things to clear up, wait till your upgrade comes up and then upgrade when your contract is fulfilled. I would have suggested a replacement phone, I know, with only a month left why couldn't you just upgrade early, but these situations where people try to upgrade early always end horribly and once a phone order starts, it almost cannot finish until something winds up shipped received and returned. Sorry this happened the way it did. Definitely not efficient.

However, the shortcut icon that was installed does not start the new version. I've also gone to the properties link itself but, no success in starting. How do I launch the new version?

I am trying to open a pages document however it tells me I need the new version to do so. I have installed the new version however it keeps saying I need the new version. I have noticed that I still have the old blue ink pot icon not the new orange pen.
Are you launching Pages from an icon in your Dock? Installing the update does not change the Dock icons & it does not remove the older versions. Go to your Applications folder & launch the new Pages from there.

Why does the new version 5 of firefox show up all the graphics on my web sites with a huge wide black border? They should be narrow and yellow!! I use iWeb for my web sites on an AppleMac iMac 22" wide screen.
That is unfortunately a bug only in Firefox 5 and will be fixed in Firefox 6 (Aug).
