I downloaded 32 bit but need 64 bit.

I downloaded the Photoshop Elements 13 but thought I needed the 32 bit when I actually need the 64 bit. How do I switch?

I bought the Adobe CC package which would give me access to Photoshop and light room. This was fine until I realized my version of adobe CC is 32bit but my operating system is 64bit. Adobe state in the download that it will download the correct version for your operating system so why have I been given the 32 bit version? This version has terrible loading times on my 3.9ghz cpu and constant crashes! There is no option to force a 64bit version download and i've heard talk that it downloads both but i cant find a 64bit version anywhere on my system? My Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app is a 32 bit version and is what I am having trouble with I know its 32 bit because in the task manger it is listed as Adobe Creative Cloud (32 bit). It is saved under Program files(x86) on my C drive. Normally I wouldn't mind if the Creative Cloud desktop app wasn't working as I would access Photoshop from its desktop app but as doing this is causing persistent crashes the only way to get to Photoshop is through the Creative Cloud App. (Sorry for the convoluted answers).
I used this link to download Adobe Creative Cloud Cloud-based creative software and services | Adobe Creative Cloud and then from within the Creative Cloud App I downloaded Photoshop.
I too thought it would auto check with my OS which is 64bit and download the correct version (Perhaps this is correct and something else is causing the problems????)

I am trying to get a script together to run against a specific OU (our disabled Users OU) to make the process of leavers more automated.
I am trying to achieve the 4 main outcomes below
1. Disable User account
2. Hide from GAL
3. Export users group membership to a file based on SamAccountName
4. Remove users from all groups except domain users
I have some parts of this working from other peoples scripts i have found on the web but need to tie it all together which is proving to be beyond my basic scripting ability
Below is what i have so far, this does disable users / hide from GAL and remove groups however as stated i would really like it to export the group membership to a file before removing them so i have a record should a mistake be made.

It uses the verbose stream to redirect the groups out to a text file of your choice. Please note this is untested so please use with caution.

I think you have ios 4, and you need ios5. Could you have read it wrong? Anything in the store for downloads wil be based on the current system, which is ios5.1. Plug your pad into your computer with iTunes, and update your system. Note, your version of I tunes is probably out of date as well. Let it update to the current version, then plug the pad it. It will detect that it needs an update, and walk you through the process.

There are no files like that in that folder (com.apple.safari). They all have long numbers with .jpeg or .png at the end. That's what I meant by I cannot find any files like those mentioned in all the helps I read today. BTW-it's still crashing - no particular pattern to it at all.
The only two things I have downloaded recently is a new version of Flash and a Mac-driven update to Office.

Let's try a standalone Apple Mobile Device Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of why it's not installing under normal conditions.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:
http://www.rarlab.com/
Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi (or AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi) to do a standalone AMDS install.
(If it offers you the choice to remove or repair, choose "Remove", and if the uninstall goes through successfully, see if you can reinstall by doubleclicking the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi again.)
Does it install (or uninstall and then reinstall) properly for you? If so, does your device connect without that message now?

That would be my first guess. You might be trying to install the 32 bit version of the program.
Update the thread with more info on your apple software etc if its a 64 bit install you're trying to perform.

Normally you will be asked to provide the new prdouct serial number first, then when a qualifying version is not found you elect to provide that information and then select the version and provide its serial number. If this is not how things are flowing for you then you should contact Adobe support directly thru chat and get their help resolving it.

What version of the Adobe Application Manager do you currently have installed? You can find the version by going to C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\core. Once there please select the PDApp.exe and right click and select properties. You will find the version number listed under the details tab.
