Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past purchases, delete the current copy from your iTunes library and then download again from your purchased history. If the problem persists, or that facility is not available in your region contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history.

When I try to send multiple attacks within a second playing Travian, it is impossible because it is too slow to confirm "resend information" on each tab, and it also takes too long to move from one tab to another. This works fine if you have windows or linux, so how can I make this work with my mac, or do I have to get a pc just for that :( Thank you ever so much for helping me.. When I downloaded firefox someone else's bookmarks and homepage are there, it is a used computer. How can I "start over" with firefox?

I have tried deleting firefox from my computer entirely (I have a macbook). Then when I download it again, much later, it still acts like it knows what bookmarks and homepage I want. These were obviously set by someone else, and I want it to be fresh, I want to start over with a new firefox. I bought the computer used, and apparently firefox recognizes it as having been downloaded before and automatically adds stuff to it. It is annoying!!

The simplest method will be to create a new profile and delete the old one. User information such as bookmarks is stored in a profile folder. You can create and remove profiles by using the profile manager. First use the profile manager to create a new profile, then use it to delete the old profile.

Following Firefox instructions to "Tell websites I do not want to be tracked", I went to Tools, Options, Advanced, General Tab. The option to "Tell websites I do not want to be tracked" is unchecked and greyed out, therefore I cannot check it. Otherwise, the window looks like the example in your instructions, that is, the same boxes have check marks in them as in your illustration, except for the above-mentioned being unaccessible. I didn't see any further instructions on what to do if greyed out.

Hi Lawrence. I'll go through the process. I click on SMTP under outgoing mail server. My primary server, smpt.aol.com is on. The next screen says server, which is on, then underneath that is the outgoing mail server. Everything under that heading is greyed out, which includes the host name, my user name, password (which says optional), user ssl (which is on), authentication, then server port 587. I need to change my password where it says optional, but it is all greyed out and won't allow me to do so. Thanks very much for your help!

When I down loaded the new upate a message said that the upgrade was not compatible with my anti-virus software so they disabled it. This is unacceptable.

I got a message to up grade Firefox so I did. At a certain time in the process a message came up and said that you have some add ons that aren't compatible with this software so they will be disabled. At this time I tried to stop the up grade because I don't like things just being disabled, but it would not allow me to do so. As I continued to the next screen it told me that the software that was disabled was my anti-virus software. I run a business on my computer and am not happy that the protection of my computer and its contents is at risk.

I could not find an option to "report a problem".
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)
