I downloaded 9. version and it is not in my add/remove file

I get a message saying thank you for downloading 9.0 version
but when I look in my add/remove area 3.6 is still there.
what do I do. If I need to remove 3.6, I need very specific instructions as I'm not computer savy.

Downloaded new version and browser will not open

After i had dowloaded new version of Firefox. I go to icon to open browser and nothing happens. It spins like it is going to open and then Nothing. I goto task manager and there is a process firefox.exe running but I browser window never opens

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features(Later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

Should you get the error iTunes.exe - Entry Point Not Found after the above reinstall then copy QTMovieWin.dll from:

The above paths would be for a 64-bit machine. Hopefully the same fix with the " (x86)" omitted would work on 32-bit systems with the same error.

I am getting this error message every time I turn on the computer. I have the Airport Extreme wireless router. This has been occuring for the last 2-3 months. I have been to the support page and downloaded current versions and updates. I don't think I have a firewall ( I have AVG virus protection). That should update your mDNSResponder to version 2.0.5.0 ... with the newer Bonjour componentry in place, do you still get the error when switching on the PC?
If so, is the modver being shown now 2.0.5.0? Or is it still 2.0.4.0?

Adobe applications are not designed to be copied/migrated/transferred to other computers. In the future please migrate/transfer/copy your documents and settings and reinstall your Adobe Creative Applications.
