I downloaded a 10.00 cd from my sisters computer and now i can't transfer onto my ipod

i'm at my sister's house and I purchased a Boney James CD - The Beat and I thought it was as easy as downloading and transferring onto my ipod. Well it didn't happen that way and now I can't transfer music that I purchased. What can i do if anything to get my music or a refund. This purchased happened about 1hr ago and I'm confused as to why I can't transfer. Am I only allowed to transfer music if it's downloaded from my very own computer?

You can sycn with one computer at a time. Syncing to another will erase the current content from the ipod.

Your images are truly no longer present on the hard drive(s)? Have you had your operating system do a search for them?
If such a search fails to find them, here's what I would do, in order
Look in the trash can/recycle bin
Restore from backups
If you don't have backups ... well, why not? ... find a program on the internet called an "undelete utility" (free versons are available) and then download and install it and run it. If you are going to do this, then do not perform any other tasks on your computer except find the program, download it (if possible to a different drive than the photos were stored on), install it (if possible to a different drive than the photos were stored on), and run it. In the future, you will need to commit to making regular backups of your photos and of your Lightroom catalog file, no excuses.
If that doesn't work, but the thumbnails still appear in Lightroom, you can probably recover the thumbnails from Lightroom via a plug-in, but these would be low-resolution versions of your photos, if you really need instructions on this step, write back

Before the reset quit Pages like this:
Double click the Home button to show the screen with running and recently used apps. Each app icon will have a sample page above it. Flick up on the page (not the app icon) and the page will fly away and the app icon will disappear. This quits that app.

Just take a look at the last few days posts here and you'll see many people with the same problem and some possible solutions.
But you should never do any software updates unless you have a bootable backup of your startup drive. FCP7 is no longer being supported by apple and updating anything is fraught with dangers.

Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions - Lion/Mountain Lion
Boot to the Recovery HD:

How large is your movie? Is it possible that you could output it as a QuickTime file and then burn that as a data DVD? Is uploading to YouTube an option?

You likely had FF 3.6 instead of 6. At the moment, FF 4 is the latest version. If you wish to rollback to an earlier version, you can download your preferred version for your OS here:

Accidentally pressed "sync with this computer only" which was my friends computer and now i can't sync any of my songs from my laptop. Is there any way to fix this?
