I download Microsoft® Office Word 2010 - Mastering in 24h™, v1.1 (4+) from the seller Thi Nguyen on my iPad and it was bogus. It was a page with crazy numbers and letters on it. How do I get my money back?

I have a new iPhone 4s and downloaded some free apps formt eh app store. A few days later my phone had updates to install on the apps but kept taking me to the billing details on my phone. I deleted the apps as it was doing my head in. I recently downloaded the 'free' apps again and I have been charged for them!!! A refund may not be possible since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store, as Joey said, state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

It's possible they'll make an exception for you. An exception is more likely if the app is defective in some way or doesn't do what the developer advertised and the developer has been unable or unwilling to help you.

Not sure why you can't delete that account. If you have admin privileges, you should be able to. Sounds like you only removed the Home Folder for that account.
You should highlight/select the account you want to remove and then click the minus button. Might need to unlock the padlock with your admin password.
