I downloaded a free tap zoo game from itunes but they charged me $109 who do i contact?

i dowloaded a free tap zoo game on itunes but they ended up charging me $109,who do i cantact about this issue.the telephone number keeps directing me to the website.

You can contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department using the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find either an "Express Lane" button - just follow the instructions to get to the contact form - or an "Email Us" button)  and explain your situation to them.
BTW, this forum is for questions about iTunes U, Apple's service for colleges and universities to post educational material in the iTunes Store. Normally you want to ask your questions in the general iTunes forums.

    You've checked the purchase history on your account by logging into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option - that should include a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it which you can click on to see a list of your purchases.
    If nothing shows there and you haven't added or changed your credit card details (when you do then a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the details are correct and valid, which should disappear within a few days, though I believe that it's Rs 60, not 50) then you can contact iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

    The best way to resolve the issue is to remove the music from the iPhone and then download the purchase again using the steps in the following article.

    The iTunes Store will direct you to the same article. As Hackintosh said, first delete the track from iTunes, allowing it to move the track file to the trash. Then in iTunes on your Mac, sign into your iTunes Store account and go here:
    In the window you'll be taken to, make sure that the Music tab and "not on this computer" are selected, then locate the defective track in the list and click this button next to the track name:

    I've downloaded several iTouch 4th gen compatible apps but a few of them won't appear on the iTouch.  When I update from iTunes it shows them on my device but they're not actually there.  I'm using the latest software update so that isn't the issue.  Any ideas?

  • I have deleted music from itunes but they are still in my computers 'iTunes' file - how do I sync my new library to my computer's saved version?

    So I have gone back to my 8GB nano and needed to downsize my library so that the songs fit on.
    I went through deleting songs and made sure that I clicked 'send to recycle bin' instead of save file.
    Library looks great.
    Go to 'My Music' and 'iTunes' and all the flipping songs are still there!
    Tried empyting recycle bin, restarting computer, read lots of comments/forums on this problem but have not yet found a way to sync my new library with my computers stored library.
    Please help?

    Thank you for your reply, what I am trying to achieve is for my newly edited iTunes Library to be what is also stored on my computers hard drive - currently all the deleted songs are stored too (even though I clicked for them to be deleted from my computer).
    I appreciate that I could have just created a smaller playlist but I actually wanted to get rid of music I don't listen to anymore.
    So at the moment I have an iTunes library that I want to back up on my external hard drive - but if I go to my music>iTunes music to transfer to external hard drive it has all my deleted songs too, which I no longer want.
    Any help for that matter?
