I recently had to wipe out my phone and lost everything! I have been able to recover all apps, pics, songs. Lost alot of my contacts due to me not backing up my info to icloud more often. (my mistake) However, I cant find any of my purchased ringtones. They are not showing up in my purchase history on itunes either. I do have the receipts for all of them tho.
Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated!

Ringtones are currently a one-time only download, they won't appear under the Purchased tab nor in the cloud. Have you got copies of them in the Tones section of your computer's iTunes library or in the backup of your downloads that you can use to re-sync them to your phone ? If not, and they are still in the store, then you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will grant you a re-download : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then try selecting Purchases, Billing & Redemption

I bought Demi Lovato - "Unbroken" along with multiple other music purchases but this is the only album that does not show up in my purchased area or has the feature of re-downloading when i search it into iTunes. I have a new laptop and even on my old laptop which i purchased it on, it is not re-downloadable or even re-purchasable. I am using the exactly the same iTunes iD. It is in my itunes on my old laptop but I can't download or purchase it again onto my new laptop eventhough it says it has already been purchased but it doesn't show up in my purchased area. Also, i go onto my old laptop and i meet the same problem. Hope you understand this, thanks

Are you sure you meet the requirements? It is not possible to purchase Mavericks because it was a free download. However, you no longer can download Mavericks since the release of Yosemite. If Mavericks works on your model, then so will Yosemite. Frankly, though, for a computer that age I would stick with Snow Leopard. It will allow you to use any older PPC applications none of which will work in Lion or later. Snow Leopard will perform faster for you on that model.

I bought a movie on itunes and it will not play even after re-downloading it.

I bought a movie on itunes, it would not play. I contacted apple support people, and they told me to delete and re download it, I did that and it still will not play, I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if my itunes isn't up to date, or maybe it's because I'm not trying to play it on an apple device. Whatever the case me be, I just really want to watch this movie, or get a refund.

You should be able to play films on windows computers, if it wasn't compatible with it (e.g. you should have got an error if you tried to buy an HD film on non-HD compatible computer).
The current version of iTunes is 11.4 - you can see if there are any updates available via the Help > Check For Updates menu option.

What happens when you try to play the film, and do other videos that you have in your iTunes play ok ?

HT2729 A movie I purchased and downladed is not showing up on my purchased or downladed screen?

I downloaded a movie that I paid for, it was going to take 245 min so I closed my iPad and went to bed. Woke up today to watch my movie and I can't find it anywhere. It's not on my purchased page or my downloads page and when I looked up the movie to possibly re-download, the download button tat ou would normally click on was light gray, like it cant be selected. I want to watch the movie I paid for! I paid for it as a rental btw.

If it's downloaded successfully then it should be in the Videos app - the Downloads tab in the iTunes store app just shows downloads that are happening/queued, and the Purchased tab shows content that can be re-downloaded (films can't be re-downloaded in all countries, and even where they can be, not all film studios have agreed to it).

I had a simple easy downloader on my fox page it left a green arrow on the bar for downloads, all I needed to do was click on it and pick the type i wanted (mp3 or flv etc) but youtube was giving me ahard time when I tryed to download more then one video, I would get all the same ones as the first one, so i tryed a different downloader it showed a video reel as it's symbol and it seemed to work but then I accedently clicked on something and it dissapeared. If you can't find it on any of the iPad's homescreens or app folders, then can you find it via the spotlight search screen (swipe your first home screen to the right) - there is a limit of 11 homescreens after which apps are accessed via the spotlight searchscreen. If not then if you go into the Purchased tab in the App Store app does it show as downloaded ?
If that shows it as downloaded but you still can't it then you could try a reset to see if you can find it after the iPad has restarted : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

HTML Responsive Layout for tablet and phone is not showing icons correct on a converted help file

I am using the Responsive HTML Layout in RoboHelp 11. On all of my new help files, the layout works great and my icons are showing appropriately. On all of my old help files that were converted, my icons do not fit within bar for the tablet and phone. I am using the Government Theme (Theme2_Government), but modified the file to have our colors and logos. I exported the .slz file and I am using the same slz file in all of the help files. The only help files that are cutting off the icons are the help files that were converted from previous version of RoboHelp. Any idea why this would happen?

If you rented it on your PC's iTunes then it should have downloaded in the Movies part of your library. If you select Movies then is there a 'rentals' tab on it, and if there is, is that film in it ?

I downloaded microsoft window for mac and it will not open

I purchased a downloadable version of microsoft office for mac from softwarespeedy.com. It downloaded fine but when I try to access any of the applications (word, excel etc) all I get is the spinning color wheel and it bogs everything else. I have to force quit it to stop it.
I have uninstalled it 4x and get the same result. The software company says that it is my computer.
I have a 2008 macbook and I am running Mac OS X version 10.6.8.

It's a bit more complicated than that because Office installs files outside of the Applications folder. See the following:
Uninstalling Software: The Basics
Most OS X applications are completely self-contained "packages" that can be uninstalled by simply dragging the application to the Trash. Applications may create preference files that are stored in the /Home/Library/Preferences/ folder. Although they do nothing once you delete the associated application, they do take up some disk space. If you want you can look for them in the above location and delete them, too.
Some applications may install an uninstaller program that can be used to remove the application. In some cases the uninstaller may be part of the application's installer, and is invoked by clicking on a Customize button that will appear during the install process.
Some applications may install components in the /Home/Library/Applications Support/ folder. You can also check there to see if the application has created a folder. You can also delete the folder that's in the Applications Support folder. Again, they don't do anything but take up disk space once the application is trashed.
Some applications may install a startupitem or a Log In item. Startupitems are usually installed in the /Library/StartupItems/ folder and less often in the /Home/Library/StartupItems/ folder. Log In Items are set in the Accounts preferences. Open System Preferences, click on the Accounts icon, then click on the LogIn Items tab. Locate the item in the list for the application you want to remove and click on the "-" button to delete it from the list.
Some software use startup daemons or agents that are a new feature of the OS. Look for them in /Library/LaunchAgents/ and /Library/LaunchDaemons/ or in /Home/Library/LaunchAgents/.
If an application installs any other files the best way to track them down is to do a Finder search using the application name or the developer name as the search term. Unfortunately Spotlight will not look in certain folders by default. You can modify Spotlight's behavior or use a third-party search utility, EasyFind, instead.
Some applications install a receipt in the /Library/Receipts/ folder. Usually with the same name as the program or the developer. The item generally has a ".pkg" extension. Be sure you also delete this item as some programs use it to determine if it's already installed.
