I downloaded a picture to what I thought was my iphoto library but created a new library with the one picture and lost my original library and cannot find it. hepl please

What version of iPhoto and system are you running? Where is your library normally located, in the Pictures folder or on an external HD? How and where did you download the photo to? Describe in detail.
Launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and see if more than one library is displayed in this window:
If you see your origial library select it and open.
If you don't download and use Find Any File to search for "Library6.iPhoto". That's a file that's unique to iPhoto libraries. FAF can search areas that Spotlight can't like invisible folders. If there's a second library on your HD FAF will find it.
When you find it drag it into your Pictures folder.

Having opened the supposedly blank library go to Edit > Preferences > Store and untick Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases. Should clear things up.

I created a new iTunes library to put speciald songs into, using the instructions on the Help section of iTunes. NOW - I cannot locate my original iTunes library, which has a zillion tunes on it! When I open iTunes to "select a library" the only choise I am given is th one I just created, which only has one album on it. What happened to the original iTunes that I just got the way I wanted it, with millions of tunes on it??????

Do you have the purchased serial number? What computer operating system?
If you purchased from Adobe direct, you can get download installation files from "My Orders" at the Adobe web site under your Adobe ID and Password (http://www.adobe.com).
Alternatively, you can use the following Adobe document with links to the downloads....

Unfortunately what you need is something that is designed for PowerPC Macs. Stuff that is designed for Intel Macs will not work. The PowerPC (PPC) Mac software is getting scarcer. Macs in 2006 shifted to Intel CPUs. Stuff that is designated Universal will work, and you can buy the retail 10.5 if you have no Mac OS 9 related software that needs to load. If you partition your hard disk, or use an external Firewire hard drive partition just for booting into 10.4.11 or earlier, you can still use Classic for Mac OS 9. I have imported all photos and videos from my iPhone 5S into Aperture ver.3.4.5 and now cannot find them. I thought I could open a panel showing all imports and merely list them chronologically, but I don't see how to do this. Try to search with a Smart Album for photos and videos taken with an iPhone:
File > New > Smart Album:
Add an EXIF rule fro the "Add Rule" drop down menu: EXIF
and set it to "Camera Model includes iPhone".
Set the scope of the search to "Library"
If there are any iPhone images or videos in your library at all, this search should find them. Then ctrl-click any of the items and select "Show in Project" from the contextual menu.
Generally, Aperture should be showing your last import in the "Last Import" smart album in the "recent" section". And the "projects" view can be sorted by date, so you should see your recent imports.
You may want to check all search fields, if searches are active. -

Well I am having the same issue and I had not had to worry about getting a "licensed charger." The poster who responded offered not real insite and was rude to boot. If it's because you were using Office 2004, the eight year old version of Office that was written when Intel processors were not used in Macs, then there will be no fix. Lion dropped support for PowerPC applications, as has been widely reported since Lion's release last August.
You can upgrade Office 2004 to Office 2008 or Office 2011. You can use iWorks 2009 that can open Microsoft files. You can use a number of free applications that are also capable of working with Microsoft documents. You can go back to Snow Leopard, if you have a backup. Or, if you have an external drive or room to add a partition to your current drive, you can install Snow Leopard on it.

I am unable to locate a folder in my document files in Pages. I haven't accessed it in several months and now cannot find it in the docs and folders when I go to "open an existing file ...", in finder, or the list of all saved docs. Try Find Any File (also available in the Mac App Store). This will find hidden & invisible files as well as those in the various Libraries.

I had to reset Firefox and now cannot find the calendar, how do I get it back?
I was removing files associated with web.longfintuna.com from my PC. I then reset Firefox. When I open Firefox, all my email, bookmarks.etc. are there. However I cannot find the calendar. I had it before and now cannot locate it.
When you reset Firefox then a new profile is created and some personal data (bookmarks, history, cookies, passwords, form data) is automatically imported and the current profile folder will be moved to the desktop (Old Firefox Data).
You will lose extensions and other customizations (toolbars, prefs) that you've made.
It is possible to recover more data from the old profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over the problem.

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past purchases, delete the current copies from your iTunes library, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.
The above should sort you out but the forum you wanted was iTunes > iTunes for Mac which won't have been on offer since your were reading a Windows support doc. I'll ask the hosts to move this one just in case you have follow up questions that can be answered best in there.
