Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

I've just connected the ipod to my computer and checked the music on the iPod. The album that I am having trouble with shows an exclamation symbol next to it. I've tried deleting the album from iTunes and re downloading it then syncing but it doesn't appear to affect the information shown the iPod. The album neither deletes nor updates.

If they determine that your iphone is defective, then they will replace it.
Have you tried basics? restart, reset, restore.

MacBook 2008 wifi suddenly stopped working and says no wifi hardware. Took it to an apple shop, they said it could be the airport card but wouldn't do anymore then that. Any help on how to fix this? How do I know if it is the airport card or not?

If the technician at the shop is competent, he has given you a diagnosis that should have identified the problem. You could run the Apple Hardware Test to verify the findings:

Note the Apple Hardware Test is not definitive.
Go to the iFixit.com and Powerbookmedic.com web sites. They have parts and installation instructions. To install an Airport card is fairly easy.

Do the songs play in iTunes?

I had to have my computer fixed and had to reinstall my itunes and now it won't let me burn or put any of my songthat i have emported off my cd's. only the songs i have bought from iturnes. can anyone help with this problem.

Why will it not let you add them? What specifically are you trying to do, please provide steps.
Frankly, the only thing that should need to be done it restore the iTunes folder from the backup onto the computer. There is no reason to add or import anything.

OOur internet service is not always fast enough to stream directly on Apple TV which is why we want to use AirPlay from the iPad to Apple TV. When we try to play a movie it starts for one second and then crashes out. This does not happen with every TV show - we watched 8 episodes of Season 4 with no problem, but it would not play episode 9 or episode 1 of season 5.

My problem has not gone away. I've even done a system restore and it hasn't gone away. I've disabled all my add-ons as someone suggested, but that didn't help, so I put them all back in, one at a time, which is a real pain in the *ss, having to restart Firefox each time, but that didn't help. Songs I downloaded onto my ipod have transferred to itunes on my laptop but won't play on my device.

Some songs I have purchased from itunes won't play on my ipod but work perfectly on my laptop. Even plugging my ipod into the laptop and syncing it hasn't worked, but the artwork and information for the song still exist on my device. Any ideas?

When you download past purchases on an iOS device or computer, that device or computer becomes associated with your Apple ID. This article describes how to manage these associations.

Once a device or computer is associated with your Apple ID, you cannot associate that device or computer with another Apple ID for 90 days.
Note: Removing a device from your Apple ID does not override the 90-day timer. You must wait 90 days from the day the device was first associated with your Apple ID before it can be associated with another Apple ID.
