I have downloaded adobe 11.0 and it still will not open and read my bank statements,it used to work fine until I downloaded the newer version,whats wrong?
There is no 11.5 updates avaialble for Adobe Reader. Also deleting the Adobe Reader 11 is not right way to uninstall. Could you please do a clean uninstall of Adobe Reader 11 or what ever version you have from Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall Program and then re-install the latest Adobe Reader from http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/

I have the same problem. Adobe Reader worked fine until the last few days. I run Windows 7 and all I get is a small black cross in the top left corner of the screen. I can open downloaded pdf files, but not anything new from the internet.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and have run every type of scan I know of without any change.
This seems to be a common and recent problem, so I would like to know what's being done about it. -
I am trying to open iPhoto 9.3.2 on my iMac with OSX 10.7.4 and even after downloading the iPhoto upgrader it still will not open. Any suggestions.

When you add the printer, make sure you use IP > Jetdirect and the correct printer IP address. -

Yes ... if just one song on an album is doing that, it usually means you've got a damaged file on your hands. -
I tried to download the latest upgrade to iOS8 on my iPad. Message said that I did not have enough space. I bought 20 G more storage and it still will not download. How do I download iOS8. I am now running iOS 7.1.2.
You delete content from the iPad and/or update it from iTunes on a computer.
iCloud space is separate from that on the device.

Where are you trying to get Flash Player from? Downloading is different from installing but many malicious websites offer to supply Flash Player as a means of installing malicious software and gathering personal information (e.g., passwords). You should get Adobe Flash only from Adobe and this link lets you download the full installer (Mac OS X (Intel) DMG) and run it locally. At that point OS X will ask for your password and if you've been using it successfully for other purposes (e.g., changing some items in System Preferences), it should work there too. Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

Please help! Itunes fails to open on my macbook pro. I have removed itunes and reinstalled it and it still will not work!
Try removing the Genius database. In the "Finder" go to the /username/Music/iTunes/ folder and delete the "iTunes Library Genius.itdb" file. This may allow the program to launch again. This file will be recreated upon first use of the "Genius" feature.

The iCloud storage is meant for your backup, you do not get more space on iPhone.
You can by connecting to computer iTunes for update then you will not have space problem -
My audio files no longer sync to the in the 5d in camera audio. It did when I bought the program but no longer does I reinstalled and it still will not sync the files recorded on the H4N with the Canon 5D Mark II Camera.
The program used to import and transcode the Can 5D footage but no longer does. The program freezes often and looses my projects as well. keep getting error message saying ipod detected but could not be identified properly - I have tried all the steps on the support page twice and it still will not work! I am running windows 8 (which it has worked with ok before) - struggling
I recently bought some new albums and can't play them on my ipodI just encountered the same problem on my 2 month old MBPro. I found a work around by changing USB ports. As for the actual cause or the reason why that worked, I dont know. The USB port I was using works fine with my phone or other USB devices.
