I accidently downloaded an app? It said it was free but it asked for the 3 security digits on the back of my credit card. Will I be charged for it???
You won't be charged for downloading a free app.
But as you changed your card's details by adding the security code, you may receive a small temporary store holding charge ($1 or approx equivalent) to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so (though with the weekend coming up it may take an extra day or two).

Does it show on your purchase history ? You can view recent purchases on this page : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
That should also let you contact iTunes Support and see if they will credit or refund you (we are fellow users here on these forums). If that page doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
In terms of not asking for your password, if it's been entered within the previous 15 minutes then it does't need re-entering - unless you have Settings > General > Restrictions > Require Password set to 'Immediately'. -

You'll need to contact iTunes Store support. However, according to the TOS all sales are final. So they are under no obligation to refund your money. But it never hurts to ask.

Hello! I have a problem with a credit card. I bought one program, after that i wanted buy one more, but it wrote that with my card something wrong. After that i wanted change my card (VISA) on "NONE". But there no NONE! I can't download FREE apps! Than I wanted make new account and select NONE, but there no NONE, there only cards. Help, please!

I have 3 iPads, 2 minis and one Ipad. The 2 minis are for my G-kids, 4 and 7. I understand they can't have an apple id, so i have to use mine, but how do i download what is currently on MY ipad to theirs? Is there anyway to seperate the games they have on my iPad to each of theirs; ie, iPad mini1 - girl games; ipadMini 2 - boy games.
thanksOn the kids Mini's, Go to Settings>iTunes and App Store>Sign in with your Apple ID. After you sign in, got to the purchased tab of the App Store and download the apps/games that you want to put on each mini. You will have to do this for both devices.
You can download whatever you want to download to each device separately. They do not have to share content and that can have their own unique set of apps/games on their respective iPads.
You may want to sign out of your ID after you are done downloading the content onto each iPad. You could use a restrictions passcode on each device, but if the kids start fooling around with the passcode and they - or you forget what it is, that will present a world of problems that you don't want to have because you will have to restore the devices as new to remove the forgotten passcode. -

1. If you downloaded it for free the first time it should then be free for you forever to re-download and update.
2. If the app is no longer on the store then you cannot re-download it, I suggest you save an extra copy of the one you already have. I know I backed up my precious phonesabre.
3. Updating/installing directly on the iPhone has always gone fine for me. I didn't know there were issues. -

I just sigend up for Adobe Creative Cloud and I'm trying to install Photo Shop onto my desktop computer. When I click the download button I receive an error message saying "Photoshop is a desktop app so you'll want to download it from your computer." I cannot move forward with the download. Thanks.In my case it's Illustrator and I'm trying to reinstall it. Clearing the cache and using another browser were no help. When I use IE instead of Chrome, an authentication dialog opens to ask permission for CC Desktop to launch, but when I "Allow" it, all that happens is that the CC app opens and gives no indication of a dowload or installation taking place.
I've always been a strong advocate of CC and was one of the earliest adopters (May 2012), but this is the end of the love affair. I need this fixed immediately. I have work to do. If I had a set-up file sitting on my computer or a disk, I would have no problem right now. -

Thank you for the question. It sounds like you do not want to add a credit card to your Apple ID.
I suggest updating your billing information to "None" using the steps in the section titled "Change your payment information on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch" in the following article:

My iPhone 4s didn't do it until the latest update so imnpretty sure it's on the apple server some sort of bug maybe? Not sure. But whatever it is I really would like to download apps. It won't let me download any apps and my phone is brand new.
Sorry guysy iPhone says unable to download application at this time and I try all day and it still won't let me download no matter how hard I try.
