I downloaded an app when it was free and deleted it accidently. Now it is $.99. Can I download it for free since I've downloaded it once already? Just to be clear, I didn't syn my phone with my computer when I had the app. The particular app I want to download again just have install button instead of $0.99 then Buy App.
I also have a question on how to pay apps. Itunes require you to put a credit card information to creat an account, but I took off my CC information after I created it. Since my account doesn't have any credit card information, how does apple charge me if I buy an app? Is it even possible to purchase one unless I put CC or giftcard on my account?
You can redownload all purchased apps for free. To obtain any paid content will require some form of payment. If you don't have a credit card, redeem an iTunes gift card or pre-pair debit card.

I need to upload into configurator an app I got when it was free, however I can't PURCHASE the app as it thinks I already have it in my VPP account. I am using TWO MacBooks and TWO configurator profiles - one on each MacBook, BUT one school VPP apple ID in iTunes. I downloaded this app when it was free and put it into ONE configurator account, but I now want to put it into the other account on the other MacBook. I understand I need to pay for the app and get codes, however as it is already downloaded into my VPP iTunes, it comes up as downloaded and I don't know how to redeem codes or pay for it? What number are you entering. The CVV or the account number?

You delete the app as you do any other app. Hold an icon until they wiggle. Tap the "x". This is covered in the manual. -

when trying to download an app, a message pops up and says "cannot download due to not enough memory". I have checked there seems to be enough memory on pc and ipod?
I followed the advice of another user, cleared my payment information and re-entered my credit card info and this took care of it, I was immediately able to download new purchases. Apparently they called and got this info from someone at Apple, there is some sort of "bug". worked for me...hope it helps you out too!!

The app may have been free to download, but a number of apps then allow you to make in-app purchases within them to unlock extra features, levels etc. If you didn't make any in-app purchases then you can contact iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
You can also turn off in-app purhcases on your device via Settings > General > Restrictions -
I clicked on an app that I thought was free and it isn't (I thought I was downloading Hello Hello Spanish and instead it was Hello Hello World). For about three weeks I haven't been able to download any apps, not even the free ones. My apple id billing information says that my security code on the back of my credit card is invalid. I called apple support and they told me to go to the express lane website but I still cant find a fix for my problem. If you could help me out that would be superb!!!!
Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.

I need help, I pluged my iphone to itunes and got a message that said there was an update to download and update, I did but when itunes was rebooting and updating I got an error message. and now the phone is telling me that it cant be activated, to plug it in to itunes or to contact support care.
That message usually indicates that your phone was hacked to unlock it from the original phone carrier, then when you updated or restored it locked back to that carrier.

If you did not own a legitimate license for the original CS2, you're stealing software, no different than so many software pirates.
Legitimate CS2 licensees can also download the new serial number, on the honor system.
CS2 is pretty old by now, and any version of ACR that runs on it is so obsolete that you'll be leaving an awful lot of image quality on the table.

Nothing will be deducted from your credit card if the app is free.
There will be a authorizing hold of US$1.00 to verify your account information. It will be credited back to your account later. -

Try tapping on the icon and see if the download resumes. Check and see if you a stalled download in iTunes - a song or a podcast - something that did not complete in there. If so - tap on that download to try to resume.
If that doesnt work - reboot - hold down on the sleep and home buttons for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears - ignore the red slider - let the iPad restart. See if the download starts again.
