I downloaded an audio book and i cannot get it to sinc to my iphone
It shows up on iTunes under books but when i Sync it does not move to my iPhone. in the settings on my iphone it does not show up as an audiobook...Help???
Are you certain you downloaded an audiobook and not a book. Will it play in iTunes? Or has it shown up in the iBooks app?

'Show duplicates' is now under the 'View' menu. To see the 'Date added' column go to 'View options' from the 'View' menu and check it in the section under 'Stats'.
Click an audiobook once to select it and hit command-i (Mac) or control-i (Windows). Go to the 'Options' tab and set 'Media Kind' to 'Audiobook'. -

I'm running widows 7 and downloaded the app SwitchDraw and I cannot find a way to run it. This is my 1st app purchase so it may very well be something simple.
You won't be able to open it on a computer, if this is the correct app, Switchdraw, then you will need to install it onto an iPad - from the app's description page in the store

I downloaded audio books from iTunes. I had to get a new iPad and now it wants me to re purchase the books I already paid for.
That is correct.
You get one download of audiobooks. it is your responsibility to backup your purchases, as always.

When you receive the confirmation eMail from the iTunes store, check to see if it charged you twice or just once. If it is not correct, there is a reply link under the item to "Report a Problem".

Do a reset (Hold Sleep/Wake and Home buttons about 10 secs or more till Apple logo appears, ignore the Slide to Power Off that appears)

At the present time, audiobooks are a one-time download and cannot be redownloaded again for free. You can try contacting the iTunes store to see if they would grant you an exception: http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html.

I just purchased an audio book and cannot find in in my iBooks or when I go back into iTunes it's no longer available for download. Under recent purchases it's not there. When I look at my iBook all the other books I have bought are there but not the Dale Carnegie book

I had similar troubles on my iPhone 5 (iOS 7) with some audiobooks. Tried redownloading, reported problems, etc. nothing worked. Even more confusing, I could 'see' it in the On This IPhone in iTunes, but couldn't even see the audiobooks button in iTunes (on the phone).
I ended up searching for it by name, from my iPhone home screen (by swiping down, it may be called spotlight?), and where it reads 'Search this iPhone', I just started typing the name of the book, and there it was.
Not the most elegant solution, but so far all three of the books that I've bought are there. -
I downloaded an audio book this morning, it did not download completely. I came back to bring back up iTunes to see if the book was completely downloaded and not I can't even bring up iTunes?

I'd recommend putting the iPod into 'manual mode.' This will need to be done from the computer that it's normally synced to in order to prevent removing existing content, but it can then be connected to your computer, and you can add the audio book without removing the current library on the device.

Why I can not download audio book to my iPod after I paid for in my iPhone .
Audiobooks can currently only be downloaded once - if you want to put it on a different device then you should have copied it from your iPhone to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases and then synced it to the iPod.
