It didn't appear that I had any problems downloading but it just isn't allowing my to use the browser. I copied the Mozilla.browser file that I found through a search on my HD to my desktop but when I click on it an icon appears that asks how I would like to open this file? "Would you like to search for the app"? Windows 8 user.

I don't believe the last Thunderbird update worked, there was a very fast error message. But since then I cannot open jpeg attachments in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. Make sure the pdf has the '.pdf' extension on the file name. I've seen this a few times and adding the extension usually solves the problem.

If you bookmark the link as favorite you can have an icon on your Safari page. Some websites let you add a icon on your home screen but it's still a link to a website.

In th App Store menu click on "Store" and "View My Account"
Under the "iTunes in the Cloud" section of the new window that appears there were 2 "Hidden Purchases".
Click on "View Hidden Purchases" and then click on "Unhide" on OS X Lion (assuming it is there - mine was).
It will now re-appear in your puchases section and you can re-download and install if necessary.

The QT X v10.1 app installs in your "Applications folder and QT 7 v7.6.6 (whether keyed for "Pro" use or not) is installed in the "Applications/Utilities" folder. It is recommended you keep them in these locations so they will continue to update correctly/automatically.

You can purchase Lion from the Mac App Store. You will need to meet the requirements for Lion, but the Mac App Store will tell you whether your Mac is capable of running Lion or not.

I downloaded a song and was charged for it. It downloaded, yet it doesn't appear on my regular song list. I can only see it in the purchase list. Why is this? Why can't I see my song on my regular song list? How can I fix this. Please help, I really don't apprieciate this.

It is a long-standing intermittent display bug in iTunes, that has been reported on both the Windows and Mac versions for several years.
When it occurs, the tracks really are in your library, but do not display in Music view. Usually they do show up in Recently Added and/or Purchased. And of course, the files really are in the folders where they are supposed to be. Does that match what you are seeing?
Home remedies that people have reported can fix it are to restart your machine, or to download a song from the Store (e.g. a free single).
