I downloaded emoticons and now IncrediMail has hijacked mozilla, my start page, firefox and hotmail can you please help no virus found and wont delete off add/remove programs

I downloaded emoticons and now IncrediMail has hijacked my browser choices, my toolbars with mozilla, my start page and functions in hotmail. I tried virus scans = nothing. I tried to remove = wont go away. Please help

No virus, but that "emoticons" thing dumped a load of Malware on your PC.
